HEAD: Dayshoot+30 runs through June
On July 15, 2013, over 150 photographers and videographers set out across Oregon to capture twenty-four hours of life in our state.
Their works are now part of the Project Dayshoot +30 event at the Columbia Center for the Arts in Hood River through the end of June.
From the top of Mount Hood to Hells Canyon, from land, sea and air, the participants of Project Dayshoot+30 collected thousands of images that, taken together, form a self-portrait of Oregon.
The name of the project comes from the fact that July 15, 2013 was the 30th anniversary of a similar effort — the original Project Dayshoot — that took place July 15, 1983.
