Feb. 28, 2:31 p.m.- two-vehicle, non-injury accident in 500 block of Mt. Hood Street. Insurance information exchanged. No report.
Oregon State Police
Feb. 28, 10 a.m.- two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Milepost 89.5 on I-84. Semi operated by Vladimir Kurochkin, Keizur, backing up and trailer hit parked and unoccupied vehicle, causing minor damage.

Police Reports
The Dalles City
A resident in the 600 block of East 13th Street reported the theft of stereo equipment from his vehicle on Sunday morning. Police took reports for second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
Police responded to the 600 block of East 12th Street Sunday and cited a 16-year-old male for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. He was then taken home and released.
City police took a report for harassment on Sunday night. The suspect and the victim are both males. The suspect was not located.
A resident in the 1000 block of West Eighth Place reported the theft of a laptop computer Saturday morning. Police took a report for first-degree burglary.
City police received a report of possible child abuse in the 1700 block of East Eighth Street Saturday. The incident is under investigation.
An employee at a business in the 1200 block of Kelly Avenue reported a juvenile male had been apprehended for shoplifting. The 13-year-old was cited for third-degree theft and released to his father.
A 21-year-old woman from The Dalles is accused of second-degree theft, a misdemeanor. She is accused of stealing dog food from BiMart. She was arrested in the 3800 block of West Sixth Street.
City police took a report for second-degree criminal mischief in the 1000 block of East 12th Street Saturday. The report said two boys had been skateboarding in the area and one of them fell and broke a window at the church. They then left eastbound on 12th Street.
A resident in the 2000 block of East 13th Street reported the theft of a barrel filled with obsidian and a piece of jade valued at $3,000. Police took a report for first-degree theft Saturday.
A 54-year-old woman from Pendleton was arrested in the 300 block of East 11th Street Saturday and is accused of two counts of second-degree criminal trespass. The charges are misdemeanors and took place in the 1300 block of East 10th Street and the 1700 block of East 13th Street.
City police were called to The Dalles Middle School Friday and cited two males, both 13, for disorderly conduct. Officials at the school reported the two had been in a fight.
City police made a traffic stop at Eighth and Lillian Way Friday afternoon and cited the male driver for driving while suspended, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
A resident in the 1200 block of East Eighth Street reported Friday night the tires on his vehicle had been slashed. Police took a report for second-degree criminal mischief.
Chance Raymond Graham, 21, 4109 Chenowith Road, Space E-3, was arrested Friday and is accused of probation violation. The original charge was contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor.
Wasco County Sheriff
A travel trailer that had been reported stolen in December of 2008 was located in the 1100 block of Oak Street on Saturday. The trailer was returned to the owner.
A deputy made a traffic stop at the intersection of Threemile and Steele Road and took reports for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana Saturday afternoon.
Warren Keith McCann, 48, 6555 Reservoir Road, was arrested near the intersection of Third and Washington streets Sunday morning and is accused of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
Nolan Matthew David, 28, Portland, was arrested at West Second and Webber streets Sunday morning and is accused of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

Felicia Janelle Gonzalez, 18, Vancouver, was arrested at Milepost 82 westbound on I-84 Sunday and is accused of giving false information to a police officer.
Luis Arturo Martinez, 29, 1011 Whitman Court, was arrested on West Sixth Street on Sunday and is accused of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
George Arthur Stegall, 56, Salem, was arrested in Arlington Friday and is accused of failure to register as a sex offender.
Sherman County Sheriff
Andrew William Hendricks, 22, 4135 Hayes Drive, Hood River, was arrested at Milepost 103 on I-84 Saturday and is accused of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
Ryan Steven Shine, 29, Spokane, was arrested at Milepost 18 on Highway 97 Saturday on a fugitive warrant from Spokane county in Washington.
Probation Office
Calvin Marion McAllister, 33, 911 Washington St., Apt.10, was arrested on Sunday and is accused of probation violation. The original charge was child neglect.
Regional Jail
Timothy Joseph Lathrop, 52, 1212 Robert St., was processed at the regional jail Friday. He is accused of harassment.
Teresa Marie Lofthouse, 43, Battleground, Wash., was processed at the regional jail Friday. She turned herself in at the jail and is accused of fourth-degree assault.
Lucas Allen Cain, 30, 309 W. 21st St., was processed at the regional jail Friday. He is accused of driving while under the influence of intoxicants.
Kenneth Ray Smith, 26, 1123 W. Second St., was processed at the regional jail Friday. He is accused of probation violation. The original charge was third-degree assault.
