Personnel responded to four calls for emergency medical services.

A found bicycle report was taken Tuesday morning from East 14th and Kelly streets; the bicycle was placed in impound.
A theft report was taken Tuesday morning from the 100 block of West 1st Street after several fire extinguishers were taken from the new dock.
A damage to city property report was taken Tuesday morning from the 1800 block of West 10th Street after a vehicle and a trailer belonging to the city police were damaged.
A theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 3000 block of West 6th Street after a Chronicle employee advised a newspaper box was taken from the area.
Christopher William Wallace, 28, 1722 East 10th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home on three circuit court warrants for failure to appear. He is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines, resisting arrest, and third-degree escape.
Police responded to the 900 block of Bridge Street Tuesday afternoon on a report of a domestic dispute. Female half advised she and a male subject were involved in a verbal altercation and the male subject threw a beer can at her and hit her. Contact was made with the male who advised the can was empty and the female had no sign of injury from the incident. Both were warned of their conduct and the female was trespassed from the property.
A peace officers hold report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 1300 block of West 6th Street after an adult male subject was taken into custody after causing a disturbance in the area; the subject had not taken his medication and was taken to the hospital.
Jeanette Eva Williams, 45, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 300 block of West 2nd Street on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
A restraining order violation report was taken Tuesday evening from the 200 block of West 15th Street after a female reported her husband was leaving messages on her facebook which violates the restraining order; the incident is under investigation.
An animal problem report was taken Tuesday evening from the 2500 block of East 10th Street after a homeowner advised a neighbor’s dog came onto their property and killed their dog; the incident is under investigation.
Police responded to the area of the roundabout Tuesday evening after a report came in that a vehicle was driving in the area flashing a handgun out the window. Police searched the area but the vehicle was not found.
Police responded to East 11th and F streets Tuesday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Caller reported a male and female subject verbally arguing in the area but both subjects went their separate ways. Officers checked the area but found no subjects in the area matching the description.
James Howard Stark, 44, 1207 Sandy Lane, was arrested early Wednesday morning in his home on a circuit court warrant for two counts of first-degree aggravated theft, three counts of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree theft. He is also accused of parole violation, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, and felon in possession of a weapon.
Natasha Lynn Pardee, 22, 1501 East 11th St. Unit C, was arrested Tuesday morning at circuit court and is accused of contempt of court.
A restraining order violation report was taken from the regional jail after an inmate contacted a subject he is prohibited from communicating with. The incident is under investigation.
Christian David Contreras, 21, Salem, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of third-degree assault and being a fugitive of INS.
Trevor Duane Pederson, 27, Lyle, was arrested Tuesday evening at Taylor Lake and is accused of contempt of court.

Samantha Jean Roettger, 24, 602 West 12th St., was arrested at circuit court and is accused of contempt of court.
Parole and Probation
Stanford Webb Harvey, 46, Tygh Valley, was arrested in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
