The Dalles City

April 10, 11:17 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 4th and Washington streets. Officer assisted with information exchange.

April 10, 1:31 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, 400 block of Washington Street. Officer assisted with information exchange.

April 10, 4:04 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, West 1st and Union streets. Officer assisted with information exchange.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

April 10, 2:32 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 1300 block of West 6th Street on a report of a water flow alarm. Investigation discovered that there was no problem and the alarm was reset.

April 10, 2:50 p.m. – Personnel responded to West 7th and Snipes streets on a report of a burn complaint. Upon arrival a small burn pile was found smoldering. Contact was made with the property owner who was advised to extinguish the pile.

Personnel also responded to three calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the 1200 block of East 10th Street Wednesday morning on a report of a trespassing subject. Victim reported an ex-boyfriend was on her property and wouldn’t leave. Suspect left prior to officer arrival, the area was checked but the subject was not found.

Police responded to the 1200 block of West 6th Street Wednesday morning on a report of a disturbance. Caller advised there was a male suspect in the bottle return harassing other customers. Subject was contacted and was trespassed from the property.

Police responded to the 3300 block of West 7th Street Wednesday afternoon on a report of a disturbance. Contact was made with subjects involved who advised they had a verbal argument; both agreed to separate until the situation calmed down.

A theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon at the high school after a victim reported their cell phone was missing.

Mary Jean Trammell-Wiese, 39, 2510 West 2nd St. No. 11, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft. A male subject with the suspect was also cited and released for third-degree theft.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a juvenile problem. Caller reported a juvenile male pulled down her daughter’s pants while they were playing on the playground. Contact was made with the juvenile male and he was cited and released for harassment.

Police responded to the 1500 block of East 9th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Man advised that his wife hit him and their son backed that story up. Contact was made with the woman who denied striking the man. The man agreed to leave for the evening.

Police responded to the 1200 block of East 12th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a trespassing subject. Victim advised a male subject had been on his property several times during the evening and has been told not to come back. Contact was made with the suspect who said he’d stay off the property.

A restraining order violation report was taken Wednesday evening from the 400 block of West 13th Street; incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the hospital Wednesday evening on a report of a violation of a no contact order. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 200 block of West 14th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with the subjects involved. Each accused the other of physical violence and each denied harming the other. The woman left for the evening.

Nicholas Michael Lowe, 31, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 1300 block of East 4th Street and is accused of probation violation.

Christopher Scott Mulvaney, 24, 931 Verdant St., was arrested early Thursday morning and is accused of probation violation.

Ethan John William Stephens, 21, 4725 Highway 30, was arrested early Thursday morning at West 6th and Mt. Hood streets and is accused of probation violation.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street on a report of a disturbance Wednesday afternoon. Contact was made with the subjects involved and all advised the dispute was verbal, they were told to stay away from one another for the remainder of the day.

A theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 5600 block of Highway 30 after a victim reported some money was taken from their purse.

Deputy received a report of a possible found dead body at Celilo Village Wednesday afternoon. Intertribal police checked the area and found nothing suspicious.

Deputy responded to West 7th and Chenowith Loop roads Wednesday evening on a report of a subject looking into vehicles with a flashlight. Contact was made with the suspect who advised he was just walking. Caller did not actually see the suspect looking into vehicles.

Deputy responded to 1400 block of West 2nd Street Wednesday morning on a report of an assault. Victim advised he was assaulted while in jail, he was transported to the hospital by medics. Contact was made with staff at the regional jail who advised there were no incidents with the inmate during his stay.

Regional Jail

Alvin Cecil Watkins, 44, Yakima, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday on a Sherman County warrant for two counts of violation of post prison supervision sanctions.

Ryan James Florendo, 38, Warm Springs, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday on a Sherman County warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Richard Dennis Christian Balentine, 25, Irrigon, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Parole and Probation

David Ray Justice, 30, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Tyler James Burris, 20, 3207 West 7th St., was arrested Wednesday evening in the community corrections office on a circuit court warrant for probation violation and a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
