Twenty-nine artists in the Columbia River Gorge opened their studio doors to visitors to during the 7th annual Gorge Artists Open Studio tour this weekend, April 12-14. Artists showed in a wide range of media, from oil and pastel to photography, glass blowing and furniture making.

Artists on the tour noted that participation was good, with a steady stream of visitors at many studios. The tour maps, with details on location and art styles, were offered free this year, although many visitors purchased items during their visits.
