April 17, 1:07 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 2300 block of West 14th Street on a report of a burn complaint, but found no burn.

April 17, 7:08 a.m. – Personnel responded to Highway 197 and Highway 30 on a report of a bark pile on fire. A 4-yard burn pile was found steaming, but not on fire.

Personnel responded to three calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

David John Castle, 31, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 1100 block of East 10th Street and is accused of second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespass.

A found runaway report was taken Wednesday morning at the 1600 block of Montana Street.

Police responded to the 500 block of West 9th Street Wednesday morning on a report of an assault. Victim reported a male subject hit him during community meals. Victim had no signs of visible injury and wanted incident logged.

Police responded to West 7th and Hostetler streets Wednesday morning on a report of a domestic dispute. Two subjects in the area both denied any dispute took place.

Police responded to the 800 block of Hostetler Street Wednesday morning after a caller reported someone was in the dumpster with their feet sticking out. Contact was made with a male subject who was searching for discarded items; he was warned of his conduct.

Gerardo Torres, 23, 4109 Chenowith Rd. No. D-36, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 900 block of Hostetler Street and is accused of unlawful delivery of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of cocaine.

Police responded to the 1100 block of Lincoln Street Wednesday afternoon on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the male and female subjects who said the argument was only verbal. The man agreed to leave for the day.

A telephonic harassment report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the hospital after a victim reported receiving unwanted phone calls from a man; the incident is under investigation. A second report was taken that evening.

A theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 700 block of Veterans Drive after a victim reported something was stolen out of their vehicle.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 2100 block of West 2nd Street.

Police responded to the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way Wednesday afternoon on a report of a dispute. A man advised he and woman were involved in a verbal argument over fishing. The woman left prior to officer arrival.

Eunice Spino, 45, Lyle, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way and is accused of third-degree theft.

Police responded to West 4th and Union streets Wednesday afternoon after a caller reported a juvenile subject was riding a skateboard down the hill, failed to stop at the stop sign and almost got hit. The area was searched but the subject was not located.

Police responded to the 600 block of East 3rd Street Wednesday afternoon on a report of suspicious activity. Caller reported seeing a male and female subject taking off their clothes and they had new clothes on underneath with tags. Officer made contact with the subjects and searched the vehicle. Several new clothing items were located with tags inside the vehicle. The subjects stated they went shopping in Portland but could not produce any receipts. It was later determined the items were stolen locally and the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 900 block of Heritage Loop after a victim reported a child was bitten by a dog in the area; the incident was logged.

Police responded to the 2800 block of West 7th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a welfare check. Caller observed a transient digging through a trash can in the area and a group of kids appeared to be surrounding the transient as if they were going to fight him. Officer checked the area but no subjects were located.

A theft report was taken Wednesday evening from the 2000 block of Garrison Street after a victim reported two male subjects scammed her out of money; the incident is under investigation.

Joshua Alan Miller, 19, no listed address was arrested early Thursday morning at the regional jail on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Wasco County

An assault report was taken Wednesday morning from the juvenile detention facility after staff advised two juvenile inmates had been involved in a fight.

Teddi Rae Bingman, 37, 1207 Sandy Ln., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in his home on a circuit court warrant for hindering prosecution.

A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 2100 block of Dry Hollow Road after a victim reported a vending machine was vandalized.

Deputy responded to the 900 block of Irvine Street Wednesday evening on a report of trespassing. Property owner advised this is an ongoing issue with transients coming onto the property, she requested extra patrol in the area.

Regional Jail

Audrey Lynn Gahagan, 37, Goldendale, was transported and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for parole violation.

Felicia Enid Rhoan, 52, Warm Springs, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on an Arlington justice warrant for second-degree failure to appear. Alexandria Mary Baryschpolec, 25, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on an Arlington Justice warrant for failure to pay fines.

Parole and Probation

Heidi Fawn Fisher Perez, 32, 2700 West 7th St. No. 32, was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Robert Canfield Wustohoff, 37, 1049 Murray Dr., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Terry Robert William Morrison, 46, 2007 View Ct., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post prison supervision sanctions.
