A man in the 2100 block of West 7th Street flagged down an officer early Wednesday morning to say he found a black trash bag with a BB pistol in it. The officer took the property.
Luis Armando Leon, Jr., 35, 2700 W. 7th St. No. 61, was arrested Wednesday morning at his home and is accused of contempt of court.
A woman reported her wallet missing from an office downtown Wednesday morning. It was found later and taken to the police station.
A property manager reported Wednesday morning a building in the 100 block of West Fifth Place was tagged with graffiti. A resident had seen a young man and woman in the area the night before.
Brandon Kyle Helman, 32, The Dalles, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 1200 block of West Sixth Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
Jason Michael Barker, 26, The Dalles, was arrested in the 2300 block of West Seventh Street Wednesday morning, and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief
A woman in the 100 block of West 12th Street reported Wednesday afternoon a neighbor on a bike ran into her parked car. The man admitted to police he hit the car and would pay for damages.
A woman called police Wednesday afternoon, saying a man was laying down behind the bathrooms at City Park and looked dead. Paramedics responded, and said he was sleeping.
A woman in the 100 block of East 7th Street reported Wednesday evening two suspicious men came to her house asking for her ex-husband as she was sitting in her yard reading. They left, she went inside, and 20 minutes later the lawn chair she was sitting in was missing.
William Anthony Parkki, 25, 3251 W. 7th St., was arrested Wednesday evening in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of a restraining order violation.
A man in the 1600 block of East 14th Street reported a vehicle randomly appeared last night, parked partially in the street. The vehicle was given a citation for parking to far from curb, since it was four feet from the curb. It was not towed, due to low traffic volume on the road.
Shannon Lynn Gilman, 25, 1721 E. 12th St. No. 3, was arrested Wednesday evening at her home and is accused of failure to appear.
An employee at a business in the 200 block of East Second Street called police Wednesday evening to report a woman was trying to punch other patrons at the business and was yelling threats at employees. Katherine Jane Purcell, 53, 2700 W. 7th St. No. 80, was arrested and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass.
A man in the 900 block of Pomona Street reported late Wednesday evening a person was trying to break into his vehicle and left on foot after he spooked him.
Shana Marie Henry, 33, 911 Federal St. No. 10, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at The Dalles Police Department and is accused of a restraining order violation.
Clifford Charles Nelson, Jr., 42, 3212 W. 7th St., was arrested early Thursday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.
A woman was found going through a dumpster early Thursday morning behind businesses on West Sixth Street. She told an officer she had permission from old manager to do so, but not new manager. He told her to put the items back and get new manager’s permission to remove items.
A woman in the 300 block of West Sixth Street told police early Thursday morning a man was let into her home by her roommate, and when she came home, he got violent with her, her cousin and two others present. The man left, but the woman told police he could be armed. Police could not find the man in the area.
A man reported Wednesday afternoon items missing from his motor home when it was parked in the 3800 block of West 10th Street. He had lent the motorhome to a friend and had to repossess it, and now items are missing.
A man from Gladstone reported Wednesday afternoon his Remington bolt action rifle was stolen while camping at White River near Dufur a week ago.
A transient on a bicycle was reported asking for cigarettes, banging on doors and harassing residents in the 100 block of Northeast First Street in Dufur Wednesday evening. He was told not to knock on doors or he would face disorderly conduct charges. The man later knocked on another person’s door and was cited and released for disorderly conduct.

A female driver was stopped for a signal violation Wednesday evening at Sixth and Hostetler Way and was towed for driving uninsured.
Edouard Gribkoff, 31, Ontario, was stopped for a signal violation on Interstate 84 eastbound at Milepost 88 Wednesday evening and was arrested for two warrants. He was also driving while suspended. His passenger, Joe Luis Parras, 30, Ontario, was also arrested on a warrant. The vehicle was towed.
Richard Douglas Rhodes, 23, The Dalles, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation and booked at the regional jail.
Jeremy Edward Adams, 24, 3817 W. 10th No. 43, was arrested in Multnomah County on a Wasco County warrant for two post-prison supervision sanctions and transported to the regional jail Wednesday morning.
Randal John Dombeck, 53, Battle Ground, Wash., was arrested in Multnomah County on a Wasco County warrant for two counts of failure to appear and transported to the regional jail Wednesday morning.
