April 27, 11:30 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 500 block of Mt. Hood Street. Officer assisted with information exchange.

April 27, 12:54 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1100 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with information exchange.

April 27, 7:05 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1300 block of West 6th Street. A parked vehicle had rolled away and came to rest against another parked vehicle; no damage to either vehicle and the incident was logged.

April 28, 6:43 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, West 13th and Walnut streets. Driver was contacted and he advised he had some eye irritation and drove off the curb and almost into the embankment. The vehicle was towed, the incident was logged.

Wasco County

April 27, 8:51 p.m. – Single vehicle, minor injury crash, Highway 30 near Rowena. Driver Patricia Ortega-Flores, 44, The Dalles, swerved to avoid a deer and went off the roadway. The air bags deployed causing minor injuries to the driver; a report was taken.

April 29, 12:03 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Highway 197 near River Road. Driver information was not available at press time. Driver ran off the road into a vacant lot and was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver and careless driving; a report was taken.

Oregon State Police

April 28, 8:49 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Interstate 84 eastbound; milepost 127. Nathan Ray Olin, 18, Kelso, Wash., and Brian Patrick Hixon, 24, Missoula, Mont., were the involved drivers. Hixon was driving when his rear tires popped and came off the rims going into the roadway; Olin struck the tires causing his tires to go flat. Trooper assisted in the exchange of information.

April 27, 8:31 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 700 block of West 9th Street on a smoke investigation. A large column of smoke was found behind a residence in the area. Investigation discovered a large open burn of construction debris that was being attended by the homeowner. Owner was advised to cool the fire down and let it burn out.

April 27, 1:17 p.m. Personnel responded to the 300 block of East 4th Street on a report of an elevator stuck with occupants inside. Personnel assisted in retrieving the occupants and the elevator was placed out of service.

Personnel also responded to five calls for emergency medical services on Friday, five on Saturday, two on Sunday and five on Monday.

The Dalles City

A second-degree burglary report was taken Friday morning from the 1000 block of East 12th Street after a victim reported a bicycle was stolen from her unlocked garage.

Police responded to the 1600 block of East 12th Street Friday morning on a report of criminal mischief. Employee advised several vehicles in the lot had been damaged.

Police responded to the 1200 block of West 6th Street Friday morning on a report of a baggie of drugs found behind a business in the area where a transient is known to stay. The substance was taken and disposed of.

Raymond T. Thomas, 48, 3750 Fifteenmile Rd., was arrested Friday morning in the 1100 block of Kelly Avenue and is accused of violation of a release agreement.

Police responded to the 300 block of Lincoln Street Friday afternoon on a report of a suspicious subject. Caller reported seeing a male subject in the area who may have been hallucinating. No suspect was located.

Joseph Paul Greiman, 65, 415 West 9th St., was arrested Friday afternoon in the 500 block of West 8th Street and is accused of contempt of court.

Adam Damien Chandler, 30, 1115 Garrison St., was arrested Friday afternoon in the 700 block of Union Street on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Amie Ruth Taylor, 37, 108 East 7th St., was arrested Friday evening in the 3200 block of West 7th Street on a Multnomah County warrant for failure to appear.

Police responded to the 1000 block of East 9th Street Friday evening on a report of a stolen bicycle. Suspect was found in the area who advised he thought this was his cousin’s bicycle that was stolen several months back and he was taking it too him. Investigation discovered this was not the stolen bike in question and it was returned to the owner. The subject was counseled.

Police responded to the 400 block of Mt. Hood Street Friday evening on a report of a shoplifter. Contact was made with an employee who observed a female subject leave the store with a bottle of liquor. Investigation discovered that the suspect was attempting to buy alcohol but decided not to and she had brought in an open bottle of alcohol in the store which was in her purse. Suspect was trespassed for the remainder of the day as she was intoxicated.

Police responded to the 400 block of West 2nd Place Friday evening on a report of trespassing subjects. Caller reported three transient subjects were on his property and refusing to leave. Investigation determined that the subjects were on public property and they were gone prior to officer arrival.

Police responded to the 900 block of Walnut Street Friday evening on a report of suspicious activity. Caller reported seeing two subjects in the dug outs of the fields acting suspicious. Suspect left prior to officer arrival.

Yvette Marie Black, 43, Wishram, was arrested Friday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Friday evening on a report of two shoplifters in custody. Both were cited and released for second-degree theft and they were also trespassed from the store.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street early Saturday morning on a report of a suicidal subject. Subject was contacted and was making threats to end her life; she was voluntarily taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Sean Martin Bergin, 31, Tillamook, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 400 block of Washington Street and is accused of harassment and second-degree criminal trespass.

An assault report was taken early Saturday morning from the 700 block of West 14th Street after a victim reported her husband had hit her. Suspect had left the scene prior to officer arrival; the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 2000 block of West 7th Street Saturday morning on a report of a hit and run. Caller advised that her daughter’s horse was hit by a landscaping vehicle and they did not stop to check the horse or the rider. Incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 1400 block of Dry Hollow Road Saturday evening after a caller reported seeing a male subject passed out on the sidewalk but his legs were in the roadway. Subject was contacted and he was extremely intoxicated; he was asked to move along.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Saturday evening on a report of disorderly conduct. Apartment manager advised that gathering in the community room was running long and the subjects may be drinking alcohol, which is not permitted in that area. Upon arrival the group was disbursing and there was no evidence of alcohol in the room.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 2nd Street Saturday evening on a report of disorderly conduct. Caller reported a female subject in the establishment was flashing her breasts at customers and was also doing the same activity while walking on the sidewalk. Suspect was contacted and advised she was trespassed from the business.

Police responded to the 200 block of Court Street early Sunday morning on a report of a disturbance. A passing deputy en-route to another call advised seeing a large group of subjects yelling at one another. The area was checked and no group or disturbance was located.

A hit and run report was taken Sunday morning from East 4th and Washington streets after a victim reported her parked vehicle had been struck sometime overnight.

Police responded to the 1000 block of Webber Street Sunday morning on a report of trespassing subjects. Caller advised that several subjects were tailgating in their parking lot. Contact was made with the subjects who were advised they were not allowed in the parking lot and they moved along.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Sunday morning from the 3200 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported their vehicle was entered overnight and had some items missing from within.

David Lee Spencer, 47, Yakima, was arrested Sunday afternoon during a traffic stop on West 3rd and Pentland streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Police responded to the 1200 block of East 12th Street Sunday afternoon on a report of a fight. Contact was made with subjects involved and it was determined no one wished to pursue any charges for the incident.

A third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief reports were taken Sunday evening from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after an employee attempted to stop a trespassing subject from leaving. Suspect gave back the stolen property after being caught but fled the store, damaging the doors. Incident is under investigation.

Cory James Widner, 21, Mosier, was arrested Sunday evening in the 500 block of West 3rd Place and is accused of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal mischief.

Police responded to the 200 block of West 7th Street Sunday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised the incident was verbal and the subjects were separating for the evening.

A theft report was taken Sunday evening from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after an employee advised that a customer had taken some unpaid merchandise into the restroom and drank it. Incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 100 block of West 6th Street Sunday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised they were having a verbal argument; they were warned of their conduct and to keep the noise down.

Police responded to East 10th and Dry Hollow roads early Monday morning on a request for a welfare check. Caller reported seeing a male subject in the area who was bloody and unresponsive. The incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 1500 block of West 6th Street on a request for a welfare check. Caller advised a female subject was sitting in her vehicle for some time in the parking lot. Contact was made with the driver who advised she was having issues at home and needed to get away. She felt safe in a lit parking lot. No problem was found.

Police responded to the 100 block of West 3rd Street Monday morning on a report of a female subject wearing a gorilla mask and impeding traffic. Contact was made with the subject who was walking down the sidewalk and not causing a disturbance.

Police responded to the 100 block of West 4th Street Monday morning on a request for a welfare check. Caller advised that two children may have had contact with their mother who is not supposed to have unsupervised visits. Contact was made with the father and the children and it was determined that they did have contact with the mother without supervision. Child services took the children into custody.

Police responded to the 2800 block of West 8th Street Monday morning on a report of a trespass. Caller reported a female subject continues to come onto his property after being told not to come on it. A message was left with the suspect advising them they were trespassed from the property.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Monday morning on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised they were having a verbal argument. They agreed to calm down for the remainder of the day.

An informational report was taken Monday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a female reported a male suspect contacted her after there is a no contact order in place; the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the hospital Monday afternoon on a report of an unruly family member in the emergency room. Subject was gone prior to officer arrival.

Police responded to the high school Monday afternoon after administration had a female juvenile student in custody for possession of marijuana. The juvenile was cited for possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school and released to her mother.

Police responded to West 11th and Liberty streets Monday afternoon on a report of a juvenile problem. Caller reported several juveniles were on her property throwing garbage on it. Several juveniles were seen in the area but they were not on the caller’s property nor was any trashed observed in her yard.

A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from the 1200 block of East 12th Street after a victim reported several items were missing from his property.

Police responded to the 2500 block of West 8th Street Monday afternoon after a caller reported a subject continues to come onto their property after being told not to. Contact was made with the suspect who was trespassed from the property and advised to not return.

Police responded to the 2100 block of West 6th Street Monday evening on a report of a drive off. Employee advised a female subject lied about paying for gas. The incident was logged.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Monday evening after an employee advised a male subject left the store with unpaid items. Employees were unable to determine what was actually missing and the area was checked but the suspect wasn’t found; a log entry was made.

Wasco County

A fraud report was taken Friday afternoon from the 7600 block of Skyline Road after a victim reported their credit card was used without permission.

Michael Arthur Person, 47, 915 Verdant St., was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on West 6th and Snipes streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Barbara Ann Warnstadt, 44, 1119 Murray Dr., was also arrested on a Douglas County warrant for contempt of court.

David Larry Smith, 22, Lyle, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop at 1100 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A hit and run report was taken Saturday morning from the 4700 block of Chenowith Road.

A burglary report was taken Saturday afternoon in Antelope after a victim returned from out of town and advised their home and been burglarized.

A found property report was taken Saturday evening from the 2600 block of River Road.

Deputy responded to Highway 197 near Tygh Valley Saturday evening on a report of an injured deer in the road. The deer was removed from the road and dispatched.

Deputy responded to the 6900 block of Eightmile Road early Sunday morning on a report of a prowler. Caller reported seeing a male subject hiding in their chicken coop. Deputy checked the property and no subject was found.

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Sunday afternoon after a caller reported she was in possession of some items that were stolen from within her home several weeks ago. The information was gathered and added to the original report.

Deputy responded to the 7800 block of Mill Creek Road Sunday evening on a request for a welfare check. Mother advised she was having a visit with her children who were staying with their father and they came back with bruises. Deputy observed the children and they appeared to be in good health and did observe bruising but it did not appear to be from abuse.

Deputy responded to Tygh Valley Monday morning on a report of a domestic disturbance. Subjects involved were contacted and advised they had a verbal dispute over a male subject staying up all night playing video games. The male half left for the day.

Deputy responded to Mosier Monday morning on a report of an abandoned vehicle. Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle who advised they would move it.

A hit and run report was taken Monday afternoon after a victim reported their vehicle was hit while in the area over the weekend.

Oregon State Police

A hazard tow report was taken Friday evening on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 92; the vehicle was towed from the roadway and impounded.

Ann Michele Blair, 49, Dallesport, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 72 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A male driver was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop Saturday evening on Highway 197 and Bret Clodfelter Way.

A hazard tow report was taken early Sunday morning on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 109; the vehicle was towed from the roadway and impounded.

A male driver was cited and released for driving while suspended and driving uninsured Sunday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 70; the vehicle was impounded.

George Clinton Allen, 55, Lakeside, Mont., was arrested Sunday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 83 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

A hazard tow report was taken early Monday morning on Interstate 84 at Exit 87 after a vehicle was in a dangerous area with no hazard lights warning other drivers a vehicle was in the area; it was impounded.

Sherman County

Sergio Renteria Pantoja, 21, Brewster, Wash., was arrested Saturday afternoon during a traffic stop on Highway 97 at milepost 11 and is accused of two counts of first-degree criminal possession of forgery instruments and being a fugitive of ICE.

Gilliam County

Phillip Wayne Cook, 58, Nampa, Idaho., was arrested Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 143 o a Washington County circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Regional Jail

Wyatt Allen New, 21, no listed address, was jailed Friday after turning himself in on a circuit court warrant for contempt of court.

Willard Eugene Harmon Jr., 46, Prineville, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for two counts of contempt of court.

Lisa Renee Menzie, 47, 4400 Browns Creek Rd., was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for identity theft, first-degree forgery, and first-degree theft.

Edward Lee Snovelle, 33, Goldendale, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Bonnie Mae Lobdell, 67, 2425 Mt. View Dr., was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for first-degree criminal mistreatment, fourth-degree assault, and reckless driving.
