July 31, 9:16 a.m., — Two-vehicle, non-injury crash at the Ted Walker Pool parking lot. A vehicle driven by Sonja Little backed into vehicle driven by Kurt Evans in the parking lot. Officer facilitated with information exchange.

July 31, 9:42 a.m. – Vehicle vs. pedestrian, non-injury, at Union and Third streets. Barbara Muhoberac of Gresham was making a left turn and hit Lawrence Gates, of Canby, Calif., in the crosswalk. The man was uninjured and asked that the driver not be charged with anything.

A man reported seeing a semi-truck with a trailer knocking over mailboxes in the 300 block of Snipes Street.

A woman in the 1100 block of East 8th Street reported someone stole her American flag and flag pole from her front yard.

Adam Rish Vittoria, 37, 900 Washington Apt. G, was arrested at Eighth and Cascade streets late Wednesday and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Sandra Sindy Campos, 33, 322 W. 6th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon and is accused of two counts of first-degree theft, a count of second-degree theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of probation violation. Police found numerous amounts of property in the home and are attempting to locate the owners of all the property.

David Alex Johnson, 20, 3251 W. 7th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

A man found a bike Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of East 8th and Harris streets. It was taken to the bike impound.

A business in the 100 block of East Second Street reported Wednesday afternoon a woman stole items from the store.

A woman in the 1200 block of Eric Court reported Wednesday night her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend had called nine times in the last hour, and while she was on the phone with dispatchers, her ex-boyfriend showed up. She had an appointment for the next day to get a restraining order.

Two men were cited for drinking in public Wednesday afternoon at Union and West Second streets.

A man was cited for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and was trespassed from the dock area Wednesday evening.

A found bike report was taken in the 2100 block of West Seventh Street Wednesday evening.

A caller reported Wednesday evening a man was walking around barefoot in traffic in the 3400 block of Old Dufur Road and was laying in people’s yards, talking to himself. Police could not locate him.

A woman in the 1100 block of Lincoln called police Wednesday evening to say her boyfriend was throwing things. The man wouldn’t talk to police, and they could hear him inside the house throwing things. The man would only look at the officer through the window and give him the thumbs up. The woman was told to stay elsewhere for the night. Later, another caller reported the man was acting up again and was now throwing things out of the window. Police again arrived and the man would not come to the door. Because he was intoxicated and reportedly on drugs and had guns in the house, officer was told by his superior to record the situation and just write it up, so as not to escalate the situation into a barricaded subject.

Officers were called to a disturbance in the 500 block of West 17th Street, where damage was done to a woman’s house. Lorena Viveros Cruz, 20, 519 W. 17th St., was arrested at her home late Wednesday and is accused of probation violation and third-degree criminal mischief.

Martha Elizabeth Gustin, 18, and Ryan David Jacks, 20, both of Lewiston, Idaho, were arrested early Thursday morning in the 500 block of Lone Pine Boulevard and are accused of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Wasco County

A suicidal man was given a ride to the hospital from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street.

Sherman County

Teresa Brandt, 49, Portland, was arrested at Hwy 30 and Frosty’s Truck Park Wednesday morning and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Gilliam County

Jaime Dawn Fuerstenberg, 37, Boardman, was arrested on Interstate 84, exit 151 on a warrant for first-degree theft, second-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy.
