Daniel James McNair, 21, 915 Chenowith Loop, 24 months prison, with credit for time served, 24 months post-prison supervision, $200 court costs, for third-degree rape, a Class C felony. Dismissed were two counts of third-degree rape, a count of second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse.

William Raymond Carlson, Jr., 46, 4109 Chenowith Rd., Space D-29, 24 months prison, with credit for time served, 24 months post-prison supervision, for criminal driving while suspended or revoked, a Class B felony.

Lester Albert Woodman IV, 29, Maupin, 90 months prison, with credit for time served, $2,000 court costs, for first-degree robbery, a Class A felony. Dismissed were three charges of first-degree burglary, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Cesar Banuelos Munoz, 31, Kaiser, driver’s license suspended for one year, 18 montha prison, with credit for time served, 24 months post-prison supervision, $1,000 in court costs, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony. Also sentenced to one year driver’s license suspension, and six months in prison, to run concurrently with count one, for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, a Class C felony. Also concurrently sentenced to 14 months in prison and 12 months post-prison supervision, for felon in possession of a firearm. Dismissed were charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, giving false information to a peace officer and third-degree escape.

Michael James Bosse, 37, 2511 W. 10th St., 18 months supervised probation, for second-degree arson, a Class C felony. Dismissed were charges of first-degree arson, second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, giving false information to a peace officer and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Robert Dale Patrick, 50, Antelope, 30 days jail, with credit for time served, hunting license suspended for 36 months, 36 months supervised probation, $200 court costs, for felon in possession of a firearm, a Class C felony. Also concurrently sentenced to 30 days jail, 36-month hunting license suspension, and 36 months supervised probation for two counts of violation of wildlife laws, a Class A misdemeanor. He was also ordered to pay $18,000 in restitution to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, plus $200 to the Oregon State Police and $250 to OHP Tip. Also concurrently sentenced 30 days jail, 36 month hunting license suspension and 36 months supervised probation for offering for sale or selling a hunt for feral swine, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed were four counts of felon in possession of a firearm, six counts of violation of a provision of the wildlife laws or rules, unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, two counts of criminal driving while suspended, and offering for sale or selling a hunt for feral swine.

Leslie Allan Bursell, 49, 1106 Emerson No. 12, 30 days jail, with credit for time served, 24 months supervised probation, $300 court costs, $200 restitution, for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a Class C felony. Also sentenced to 30 days jail, with credit for time served, and 24 months supervised probation for fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, a Class A misdemeanor. A charge of harassment was dismissed.

Jimmy Lee Cain, Jr., 20, 3817 W. 10th No. 43, 30 days jail, with credit for time served, 18 months supervised probation, $350 court costs, $50 restitution, for possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony. Dismissed was a charge of third-degree theft. Also concurrently sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and 30 days jail for third-degree escape. Dismissed was a count of second-degree criminal trespass.

Michael Aaron Zimmaro, 25, 1507 Pentland, 36 months supervised probation, 30 days jail, with credit for time served, $1,100 in court costs, for delivery of methamphetamine, a Class B felony. Dismissed were counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of marijuana for consideration, failure to report as a sex offender, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Elea Lon Mont Eton, 42, 214 E. 12th St., 18 months bench probation, $400 court costs, $300 restitution, for second-degree forgery, a Class A misdemeanor

Berenice Munoz, 29, Hood River, $200 restitution, for first-degree criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor reduced to a Class A violation.

Daryl Dean Coleman, 31, 1529 E. 12th St., 24 months supervised probation, $600 court costs, for delivery of methamphetamine, a Class B felony. Dismissed was a count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Nicholas Humeku Crain, 23, Portland, 36 months supervised probation, $1,000 court costs, for possession of 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, a Class B felony. Dismissed were counts of unlawful delivery of 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, unlawful manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in Schedule II, unlawful possession of a controlled substance in Schedule II, and unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Tonnie Lynn Mapp, 38, Arlington, 12 months bench probation, $250 restitution, for first-degree criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor.

Donald Scott Davis, 34, Biggs, $292 in court costs, for failure to report as a sex offender, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed was another charge of failure to report as a sex offender.

Laura Faye Dunn, 38, no address, 36 months supervised probation, $400 attorneys fees, $100 restitution, for perjury, a Class C felony. Dismissed was a count of false swearing.

Luis Miguel Navarro, 20, 4109 Chenowith Rd., Space E-14, 18 months supervised probation, $650 court costs, $200 restitution, for possession of heroin, a Class B felony. Also sentenced to 18 months supervised probation for possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony. Two counts of third-degree theft were dismissed.

Robert Andrew Rowan, 29, no address, 24 months bench probation, $100 attorneys fees, and $200 restitution for first-degree criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor. Also sentenced to 24 months bench probation for second-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor. Dismissed is a count of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Mykhailo I. Kokhanevych, 23, Portland, six months prison, with credit for time served, 12 months post-prison supervision, $100 attorneys fees, for possession of heroin, a Class B felony; also concurrently sentenced to six months prison and 12 months post-prison supervision, plus $500 restitution, for first-degree theft, a Class C felony.

William Paul Mims, 23, 222 W. 8th St., seven days jail, with credit for time served, 18 months bench probation, $200 court costs, $200 restitution, for third-degree criminal mischief, a Class C misdemeanor. Dismissed was a count of attempting to commit a Class B felony, second-degree kidnapping. Diverted were counts of attempting to commit a Class B felony, second-degree kidnapping, and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence.

Jaime Marree Armour, 36, 1726 E. 10th St., 36 months supervised probation, $850 court costs, for delivery of methamphetamine, a Class B felony. Dismissed was a count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
