The Dalles City

August 15, 2:30 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, 200 block of Federal Street. Driver information was not available. Bus driver hit a building with a bus, a report was taken.

August 15, 7:08 pm. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, West 8th and Chenowith streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information. No report or citations issued.

Personnel responded to nine calls for emergency medical services on Wednesday and three on Thursday.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the 3500 block of West 2nd Street Thursday morning on a report of a suicide attempt. Contact was made with the victim who was not cooperative but finally admitted to taking more medication than was prescribed. She was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Gregory George Keller, 51, no listed address, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 3600 block of West 10th Street on a circuit court warrant for three counts of contempt of court.

James Monroe Dickens, 56, no listed address, was arrested Thursday afternoon at East 10th and Dry Hollow streets on a circuit court warrant for three counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamines and three counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamines. He is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Jovana Marco, 49, 3830 West 6th St. No. 8, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 1200 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree theft.

Terry Robert William Morrison, 46, 2007 View Ct., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 1100 block of Oregon Street and is accused of parole violation.

A found property report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 3600 block of West 10th Street after a backpack was located.

A missing persons report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 800 block of East 8th Street after a caller reported that his brother had been missing for the last month.

A first-degree criminal trespass report was taken Thursday evening from the 800 block of East 8th Street after a victim reported a male suspect came onto their property and was told to leave and they refused. Subject was gone prior to officer arrival, incident is under investigation.

A third-degree theft report was taken Thursday evening from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after an employee advised a suspect fled the store with diapers and alcohol. The incident is under investigation.

John Scott Frizzell, 50, no listed address, was arrested early Friday morning at East 3rd and Court streets and is accused of first-degree criminal trespass and two counts of second-degree criminal trespass.

Wasco County

Brenda Joy Carroll, 51, Mosier, was arrested Thursday afternoon at her home and is accused of second-degree attempted assault, menacing, harassment, and recklessly endangering.

Deputy responded to the 3600 block of West 13th Street early Friday morning on a report of a cougar sighting. Reports came in that the cougar was located in the vacant field of the old middle school and another report came in it was near the apartment complex in the area. State police and Deputy searched the area but no cougar was found.

Oregon State Police

Travis Warren Freeland, 29, Victor, Idaho; was arrested Thursday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97 near milepost 18 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Sharra Dawn Hamper, 52, Umatilla, was jailed Thursday on a Sherman County court commitment for unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

William James Thew, 27, 917 Pomona St. Unit C, was transported by Klickitat County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Parole and Probation

Daniel Lee Jackson, 63, 1416 East 10th St., was arrested Thursday morning in the 400 block of Washington Street and is accused of parole violation and two counts of probation violation.

Robert Canfield Wusthoff, 38, 819 West 11th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Antonio Duenas Jr., 25, 1007 Pomona St. Unit C, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
