The Dalles area residents please note there is a short time to comment on the proposed Brush Canyon Wind Turbines in South Wasco County. There will be only one ODOE EFSC public hearing. That is at 6:00 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, Central Oregon Community College Community Room, Madras.
