Hood River Museum hosts open house

The History Museum of Hood River County is reviving its Holiday Open House after a two year hiatus.

Spend Saturday, Dec. 28, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the museum with friends and family, enjoying refreshments, listening to music, playing games, and discovering history.

Hot drinks, family-friendly activities and live music are planned in addition to regular exhibits an kid activities in the Exploration Space.

Admission is free. In the spirit of the season, visitors are urged to give back to the community and bring a canned good or non-perishable food item for FISH food bank. This will also be the last day to view the Alva Day photo exhibit, A Snapshot in Time, until next November when will once again celebrate Alva Day on Nov. 15.

11:30 a.m., Sweet Adelines

12:15 p.m., Linda Robertson and friends instrumental
