Wasco County

February 5, 8:51 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, 2100 block of Mosier Creek Road. Andraya Jewell Woodruff, 22, 4109 Chenowith Rd. No. D-12 was the involved driver. Woodruff was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was also cited for no operator’s license and driving uninsured; the vehicle was impounded.

Oregon State Police

February 5, 3:50 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Highway 30 east of Biggs Junction. Arnold Lee Wright, 61, Goldendale, was the involved driver. Wright drove off the eastbound shoulder and collided with an embankment. Life Flight transported him to the hospital in The Dalles where he had minor injuries. He was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants and left in the care of hospital staff.

Personnel responded to 13 calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the 900 block of Chenowith Loop Road Tuesday evening on a report of a missing child. Mother reported she came to pickup her son from an after school program and the teachers advised her he never showed up. Son was found later in the evening at a relatives who lived close to the school.

Police responded to the 1200 block of East 12th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a suspicious subject in a vehicle. Officers searched the area but the vehicle was not found.

Police responded to the 1400 block of West 6th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a female subject in a vehicle hitting her juvenile child. Purley Kay Head, 41, Goldendale, was arrested and is accused of possession of a controlled substance; her child was taken by department of human services.

Arnold Lee Wright, 61, Goldendale, was arrested Tuesday evening at the hospital and is accused of harassment after kicking hospital staff members.

Police responded to the 1000 block of West 6th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a suspicious subject. Employee advised a male subject has been at the bar for the past few hours acting erratically. Subject was contacted and trespassed from the establishment.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a restraining order violation. Caller reported a male subject was banging on her door and wouldn’t leave after telling him to do so. Suspect fled prior to officer arrival. A report was taken and is under investigation.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the area of Murray’s Addition Tuesday morning on a report of several prowled vehicles overnight. All were logged for information.

Travis Scott Haberman, 27, 2005 East 15th St., was arrested Tuesday morning during a search warrant at his home and is accused of three counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana.

A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from the 1000 block of Murray Drive after a victim reported a gun was stolen out of their vehicle overnight.

Oregon State Police

A male subject was cited and released for hunting deer during a closed season Tuesday afternoon on Deschutes River Access Road. His weapon was seized.

Gilliam County

Nicholas Robert Thomas, 68, Henderson, Nev., was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 130 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Travis Wade Haase, 38, 218 West 10th St., was processed at the regional jail Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for probation violation.

Walter Fredrick Sexton, 38, Beaverton, was transported to the regional jail Tuesday from Clackamas County where he was arrested on a circuit court warrant for two counts of first-degree failure to appear.
