A male victim came to the police station Thursday morning to report his bicycle was taken during the last few days. Subject declined to tell officers where the bike was taken, the information was logged.

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported a back window to their vehicle was smashed overnight.

A driving complaint report was taken Thursday morning from West 6th and Snipes streets after a victim reported a large pickup attempted to run him off the road. The incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 1300 block of G Street Thursday morning on a report of telephonic harassment. Caller reported her juvenile daughter was being harassed by an adult male subject over the phone. Suspect was contacted and told to not call or text the juvenile.

Travis Monroe Dodson, 30, 2022 West 8th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 2100 block of West 6th Street on two circuit court warrants for probation violation.

Police responded to the 1500 block of East 12th Street Thursday afternoon on a report of a welfare check. School officials advised they had a student complain of stomach pain and said someone from home punched them there. Family no longer resided at that location and further investigation will be done.

Adam Shane Meyer, 38, 5495 Dolan Rd., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 2700 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of probation violation.

Jennifer Michelle Gladish, 25, 311 West 13th St., was arrested Thursday evening at her home and is accused of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct. Police initially responded to the location on a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Gladish was observed throwing rocks at a vehicle causing extensive damage.

Police responded to the 500 block of East 9th Street Thursday evening on a report of a juvenile problem. Caller reported a juvenile left the residence and came back and kicked the front door. Juvenile was contacted and cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and second-degree criminal mischief.

An escape report was taken Thursday evening from the 100 block of East 2nd Street after a juvenile detention officer advised two juvenile inmates fled the building during a meeting they were attending there. Officers checked the area but the subjects were not located.

Police responded to the 3900 block of West 6th Street Thursday evening on a report of a trespassing subject. Caller advised a subject was on the property after being told to leave. Officer checked the area for the subject but was not located; information logged for information.

Police responded to the 200 block of West 6th Street early Friday morning on a report of a dispute. Contact was made with the suspected apartment and the subjects advised they were sleeping and said the argument was coming from upstairs. Contact was made with the upstairs residents who were intoxicated but were blaming the noise on the couple downstairs. No crime could be articulated.

Wasco County

An agency assist report was taken Thursday evening from the 300 block of West 13th Street after assisting city police with a domestic dispute.

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Thursday evening after parents reported their two sons were using drugs in their home. Suspects fled the home prior to deputy arrival. The syringe they were using was confiscated and disposed of.

Deputy responded to the Mosier area Thursday evening on a report of a suicide. Wife called from a neighbors house to advise her husband had shot himself. Victim was life flighted to a hospital in Portland. A report was taken.

Gilliam County

Tyler Scott Moorehead, 26, Walla, Walla, Wash., was arrested Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 136 and is accused of three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Regional Jail

Johnathan James Goddard, 20, 1008 Snipes St., was processed and released from the regional jail Tuesday on a municipal court commitment for second-degree criminal mischief.

Parole and Probation

Richard Lee David, 42, 1715 East 9th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
