Feb. 12, 6:50 p.m. – Two-vehicle, non-injury crash, Biggs Juction at US 97 and Hwy 30. Juan JR Paredes, 38, Cucamonga, Calif., was northbound on US 97 and trying to turn left onto Hwy 30 when he collided with the trailer unit of a semi driven by Robert E. Hagerman, 51, Spokane, who was southbound on US 97. Paredes said his brakes weren’t functioning properly. Some damage to both units.
Feb. 12, 11 p.m. – One-vehicle rollover, non-injury, US 97 at milepost 57. Verlee V. Jorgensen, 59, Oakdale, Calif., told police she took her eyes off the road for a split second and her southbound trailer, loaded with onions, went on the southbound shoulder and rolled on its side. The towing company said it would right the vehicle in the morning, and left an employee to guard the load through the night.

Andrew William Glen Buckles, 24, 2510 W. 2nd St., No. 7, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 1100 block of Lewis Street and is accused of violation of a no-contact order.
David Michael Foote, 52, no address, was arrested in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Tuesday afternoon on charges of second degree theft and second degree criminal trespass.
Juan Martin Perez Hammond, 22, 3215 W.7th St., Space B, was arrested in the 100 block of View Street on a Wasco County warrant on three charges of probation violation.
Robert Joe Young, 38, 2511 W. 10th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon at his home on two counts of probation violation.
Joel Christopher Smith, 39, Portland, was arrested on East 11th Street Tuesday evening on a warrant out of Wasco County for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge in Multnomah County.

Jose Israel Torres, 34, 4525 Hwy 30 W., Apt. 6, was arrested Tuesday evening at his home on a warrant for violation of a release agreement.
Parole and Probation
Samuel Karl Sichatu Bishop, 34, 3408 W. 8th St., was arrested in the 1100 block of E. 12th Street Tuesday afternoon on a warrant for violations of post-prison supervision sanctions.
Regional Jail
Neal Ray Lefler, 49, 2434 Old Dufur Road, was remanded at the regional jail on a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing.
