Oregon State Police

February 13, 11:50 p.m. - Single vehicle, non-injury accident I-84 eastbound. A silver Audi driven by Vences Pille, 21, of Sergio, Wash., was in the slow lane and struck a pickup truck canopy that was in the lane. Vehicle had minor damage to the right front bumper.

February 12, 6:50 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident US 97 at Biggs. A semi truck operated by Juan Paredes, Jr., of Cucamonga, Calif., was northbound and started a left turn onto US 30 into the Pilot Gas Station and struck a southbound vehicle driven by Robert E. Hagerman of Spokane, Wash. at the junction. The first vehicle’s bumper was torn off and the second vehicle reported brake problems and had a small dent.

February 12, 11 p.m. – Single vehicle non-injury rollover US 97, milepost 57. Vehicle left the southbound lane, entered the southbound shoulder and rolled onto its side. The driver, Verlee V. Jorgensen of Oakdale, Calif., said she removed her eyes away from the road momentarily and could not get the truck back onto the lane from the shoulder. The truck was loaded with onions.

The Dalles Police

February 13, 11:33 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury hit and run accident at Ninth and Dry Hollow. Driver Shelby Green reported being struck by another vehicle, a blue Ford Explorer which was nearby. The operator of the second vehicle, Blanca Morales, was cited for hit and run and driving without an operator’s license.

February 13, 3:15 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury hit and run accident in the parking area of Grocery Outlet. Operator reported her black Chevy Cavalier was struck by a white truck; causing minor damage.

Crews responded to three requests for emergency services and one invalid assist Feb. 13.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

A man returning home in the 1700 block of West 10th St. found an elderly lady sitting in his living room. Officers responded and assisted with returning her home.

A man reported a green duffle bag had fallen from his truck sometime in the night.

A woman arrested in the 700 block of Union Street Wednesday morning faces charges of disorderly conduct, interfering, second-degree trespass, harassment. She was lodged at NORCOR.

A Google Nexus 7 was reported stolen in the 900 block of Garrison St. Reoprt taken for second-degree theft.

Wasco County

A female exploring Mosier on foot, with apparent mental issues, was voluntarily transported to Mid-Columbia Medical Center. No criminal charges were made and the subject was released.

Deputies responded to a domestic problem in the 1600 block of Eightmile Road. Individual was transported to Mid-Columbia Medical Center on a directors’ hold.

Deputies responded to State Road and Dry Creek Thursday morning, where an injured deer in the roadway was dispatched and removed from the road.

Regional Jail

Trask Tylor Kuhn, 21, 3640 West 13th St., The Dalles, was arrested at The Dalles Police Department Thursday and faces charges of first-degree assault, two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment, two counts of recklessly endangering and fourth-degree assault.

Yesenia Y. Dominguez, 25, 606 S. Wagon Road, Othello, Wash., was arrested on a Gilliam County warrant and faces failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree failure to carry and second-degree giving false information to a police officer.

Misty D. Poole, 3640 West 13th, The Dalles, was arrested and faces The Dalles Municipal Court charges for interfering with a police officer, harassment, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Parole and Probation

Brogan John D’elia, 38, 1187 Jay Street, Fossil, was lodged at NORCOR on probation violations.

Erikka D. Severson, 38, 201 Main St., Spray, was arrested in Wheeler County on probation violations and lodged at NORCOR.

Harrison D. Waraftig, 811 Nashville Ave., Bend, 29, was lodged at NORCOR on probation violations.

Ronni L. Abernathy, 4211 N.E. 154th St., Vancouver, Wash., was lodged at NORCOR on probation violations.
