Jan. 29, 6:51 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, 1900 block of Dry Hollow Road. Aaron Judah, 35, no listed address; was the involved driver. Judah was cited for no operator’s license and the vehicle was towed.

Wasco County

Jan. 29, 8:00 a.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Upper Mill Creek Road. Driver information was not available at press time. Driver drove off the road into a ditch. He declined medical assistance but had some pain in the stomach area possibly from seat belt. The vehicle was towed.

A criminal trespass report was taken Tuesday morning from the 800 block of Garden Court.

Animal control officer cited a dog owner Tuesday morning in the 400 block of East 10th Street for their dogs running at large.

Police responded to the 600 block of East 3rd Street Tuesday morning on a report of a suspicious subject. Caller advised a man was rummaging through her vehicle. Subject was contacted and taken to the hospital for a voluntary evaluation.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Tuesday morning from the 1100 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported a vehicle was gone through overnight and had some items missing.

Luis Eduardo Munoz Pedraza, 20, 900 Vey Way No. 304, was arrested Tuesday morning in municipal court on a warrant for failure to appear and is also accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Police responded to the 1900 block of East 19th Street Tuesday morning on a report of a suicidal subject. Contact was made with the man who was calmed down and released to staff for an evaluation.

David Jaafe Wentworth, 21, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft and probation violation.

A second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft reports were taken Tuesday afternoon from the 800 block of West 2nd Street after an employee advised a coin mechanism was taken out of a vending machine.

Elmina Lee Ching, 42, 4728 Simonelli Rd., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear and second-degree theft. She is also accused of third-degree theft.

Andrew Lloyd Smith Johannes, 35, 510 East 13th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

A juvenile male driver was cited and released for unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful delivery of marijuana during a traffic stop Tuesday afternoon at the roundabout. He was released to his guardian.

Police responded to the 2800 block of West 7th Street Tuesday evening on a report of an unwanted subject. Officer made contact with both parties, female requested the male subject leave and not return. Officer warned the male subject not to return and the suspect left.

Police responded to the 2800 block of West 7th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved and it was determined there was mutual harassment on both sides but neither wished to pursue any charges. They were warned of their conduct.

Jon Strickland, 24, 2510 West 2nd St. No. 11, was arrested Tuesday evening in the 1800 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from the 3300 block of West 6th Street after an employee advised a man took several bags of dog food that were sitting outside; incident is under investigation.

Gary Michael Brunson, 37, 4537 Highway 30 No. 6, was arrested Tuesday morning in his home and is accused of two counts of second-degree online sex corruption of a child and luring a minor.

Regional Jail

Dylan Robert Lowe, 19, 2107 West 14th St., was processed at the regional jail Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for unlawful delivery of marijuana.

Mark Kevin Johnson, 48, Warm Springs, was transported to the regional jail Tuesday from Multnomah County where he was arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

John Scott Raczykowski III, 19, Biggs, was transported to the regional jail Tuesday from Multnomah County where he was arrested on several Sherman County warrants for failure to appear on third-degree rape, third-degree sexual abuse, and third-degree sodomy, encouraging child sex, possession of sexual materials, delivery of marijuana to a child and possession of forgery instruments charges.

Parole and Probation

Andrew Richard Bowman, 33, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office on a circuit court warrant for parole violation.

Richard Neal Credille, 27, 604 West 12th St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
