Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

July 2, 4:53 p.m. – Crews responded to the 2100 block of Steele Road on a rekindle fire from the previous week. Upon arrival smoke and small flames were observed. The fire was extinguished.

July 2, 6:34 p.m. – Crews responded to the 1200 block of West 6th Street on a fire alarm. No problem was found at the business. The cause was most likely a faulty alarm.

Personnel also responded to nine calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

Thor Lynn, 42, 1617 Riverview Rd., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home and is accused of first-degree sexual abuse and harassment by sexual contact.

Wasco County

Dacia Lynn McGill, 25, Goldendale, was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop at East 10th and Cherry Heights streets and is accused of providing false information to a police officer.

Oregon State Police

An agency assist report was taken Tuesday evening from East 10th and Cherry Heights streets after assisting the sheriff’s office and the city police with an investigation of a car prowl.

Regional Jail

Martin Rhoan Frank, 20, Warm Springs, was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Nicole Jenene Bratton, 30, Dallesport, was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for identity theft and a municipal court warrant for failure to appear.

Korryn Breaanne Copher, 22, 812 West 10th St., was jailed Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for contempt of court.

Augustus Royal Stone, 24, Lewiston, Idaho, was jailed Tuesday on a Sherman County court commitment for unlawful delivery of marijuana.
