July 10, 1:45 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1000 block of West 8th Place. Officer assisted with information exchange. No report or citations issued.

July 10, 2:53 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 100 block of West 3rd Street. Officer assisted with information exchange. No report or citations issued.

July 10, 4:30 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 12th and Dry Hollow roads. Benito Ramos, 39, Farmsville, Calif. and Ralph Falbo, 93, 813 Hostetler St. No. 14 were the involved drivers. Falbo was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and Ramos was cited for no operator’s license. A report was taken.

July 10, 9:32 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 600 block of East 3rd Street. Officer assisted with information exchange. No report or citations issued.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

July 10, 1:09 p.m. – Personnel responded to 1100 block of Pomona Street on a grass fire. Upon arrival a fire was observed in a vacant lot. The fire was knocked down and mopped up. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.

Personnel also responded to six calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning in the 400 block of West 12th Street.

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning from the 2900 block of East 2nd Street after a victim reported a stereo was taken from an unlocked vehicle.

A second-degree theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 700 block of West 14th Street after a victim reported several items missing from their home.

Gabriel Michael Jim, 29, no listed address, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 1300 block of Court Street and is accused of assault on a public safety officer, harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school, and resisting arrest.

Linda Aurora Harrison, 29, 1311 Jefferson St., was arrested Wednesday evening at East 12th and Kelly streets and is accused of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

A theft report was taken Wednesday evening from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported someone entered his vehicle and took some items from within.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Wednesday evening from the 600 block of Wasco Drive after a victim reported someone entered their vehicle and took some items.

A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday evening from the 1900 block of West 13th Street after a victim reported their vehicle was keyed.

A second-degree theft report was taken Wednesday evening from the 1700 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported some money was taken out of a toy machine.

Michael Edward Lane, 31, 2700 West 7th St. No. 72, was arrested early Thursday morning in his home and is accused of third-degree theft.

Wasco County

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning in Maupin after a victim reported someone jumped their fence and stole a sprinkler.

An agency report was taken Wednesday evening from East 12th and Kelly streets after deputies assisted city police in arresting a female suspect.

Oregon State Police

Byron Dale Adams, 28, Pendleton, was arrested Wednesday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 92, and is accused of driving while suspended.

Regional Jail

Norman Richard Keenan, 74, Bonnie Lake, Wash., was transported by Baker County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Parole and Probation

Leroy Charles Shockley Jr., 44, 1106 Emerson St. No. 14, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in his home on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Christopher Ray Dimmick, 42, 3525 Fax Rd. was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a state parole board warrant for parole violation.
