July 12, 12:21 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 3300 block of Columbia View Drive on a report of a water flow alarm. Upon arrival nothing was visible. A second floor apartment was leaking through to an apartment on the first floor. The second-floor resident left water running in the kitchen sink and went to bed. An inch of standing water was in the room when personnel entered the apartment. They assisted in cleanup of the water. Some damage was done to the roof of the first-floor apartment.

Personnel also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services.

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a lamp post on the property was broken.

A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday morning from the 100 block of West 1st Street after graffiti had been applied inside the bathrooms.

Juan Martin Perez Hammond, 22, 3215 West 7th St. Unit B, was arrested Thursday morning at West 7th and Richland streets on a circuit court warrant for three counts of probation violation.

A police officer’s hold report was taken Thursday morning from the 400 block of East 7th Street after staff advised a client had come in and stolen some items and was a danger to herself. She was located and transported back to the office.

Angela Rae Amonson, 51, 1305 East 15th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 1800 block of East 19th Street and is accused of driving while suspended.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Thursday evening from the 3200 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported he was out of town for the day and returned home to find items missing inside.

A female juvenile was contacted at Kramer Fields Thursday evening and was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was released to a parent.

A third-degree theft report was taken Thursday evening from the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way after an employee reported a suspect left without paying for gas.

Michael Aaron Zimmaro, 25, 1507 Pentland St., was arrested early Friday morning in the 2800 block of West 7th Street on a circuit court warrant for parole violation. He is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines and failure to register as a sex offender.

Laura Faye Dunn, 38, 801 West 9th St., was arrested early Friday morning in the 1200 block of East 8th Street and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Ashlee Renae Olivia, 25, no listed address, was arrested early Friday morning in the 1200 block of East 8th Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Police responded to the 2700 block of East 16th Street early Friday morning after a caller reported he interrupted two male juveniles that broke into his vehicle. Suspects fled prior to officer arrival. Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft reports were taken.

A hit and run report was taken early Friday morning from the 2000 block of East 13th Street.

Wasco County

A burglary report was taken Thursday morning from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported someone broke into his apartment and took items.

Deputy responded to Highway 197 near milepost 8 Thursday afternoon on a report of an abandoned trailer in the middle of the highway. The trailer was towed and the incident is under investigation.
