The Mid-Columbia Interagency Narcotics Taskforce (MINT), executed a search warrant this morning at about 7 a.m. at 4109 Chenowith Road, Space E14, arresting two people on drug and endangerment charges.
Juan Carlos Navarro and Christine Michelle Lobsien were both charged with four counts of reckless endangering. Navarro was also charged with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine, according to Chief Deputy Lane Magill of the Wasco County Sheriff’s Office in an announcement of the raid. Magill did not release information about seized drugs.
“Some of that stuff we’ve got to keep secure,” he said this morning. “The investigation is ongoing.” No other arrests are expected at this time, Magill added.
Four minor children were located at the house and taken into custody by the Department of Human Services, due to the poor living conditions and drug activity in the residence.
Four agencies were involved in the raid: Wasco and Sherman county sheriff’s offices, Oregon State Police and The Dalles City Police.
