Accidents

The Dalles City

July 29, 5:12 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, 1100 block of West 6th Street. Donald Robertson, 77, no listed address, was the involved driver. The accident is under investigation, a report was taken.

July 29, 9:01 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury crash, West 9th and Lincoln streets. Lawrence Wagner, 54, 3321 West 13th St., and Julie Reynolds, 64, 1617 Oregon St. were the involved drivers. Wagner injured his wrist in the crash but refused medical attention. A report was taken.

Wasco County

July 26, 12:30 p.m. – Single vehicle, rollover injury crash, 85000 block of Highway 216. Howard Lichter, 48, Portland, was the involved driver. Licther was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained during the accident. He was cited for careless driving; a report was taken.

Oregon State Police

July 26, 8:52 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury accident, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 82. Brett Anthony Schutt, 27, no listed address, was the involved driver. Schutt was riding his motorcycle when a gust of wind sent him into the center barrier. Schutt was injured during the crash and refused to seek medical treatment. He was detained on a police officer’s hold and taken to the hospital for evaluation.

July 29, 8:28 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, Highway 97 and Interstate 84 westbound on-ramp. Daniel D. Thurman, 61, Memphis, Tenn. and Daniel H. Sturgeon, 56, no listed address were the involved drivers. Sturgeon was waiting on the on ramp to turn and turned too early, hitting Thurman. Sturgeon was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. A report was taken.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

July 26, 6:25 p.m. – Personnel responded to Interstate 84 westbound near milepost 90 on a report of a vehicle fire. Upon arrival a van was found with no one around it. It appeared that that vehicle had been on fire but a used fire extinguisher was located and the fire was out. The vehicle was set to be towed by state police.

Personnel also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services on Friday, eight on Saturday four on Sunday and seven on Monday.

The Dalles City

An animal neglect report was taken Friday morning from the 1600 block of East 12th Street.

A male subject was cited for drinking in public Friday afternoon from the new dock on West 1st Street. He was trespassed from the area as well.

Jaimee Marree Armour, 36, 1726 East 10th St., was arrested Friday afternoon in her home and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft reports were taken Friday afternoon from the 800 block of East Scenic Drive.

A harassment report was taken Friday afternoon from the 1200 block of Eric Court after a female juvenile subject threw potato salad at her mother, the incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Friday evening from the 800 block of East Scenic Drive after a victim reported some lawn equipment was taken from their property.

Jamie Lynn White, 34, Lyle, was arrested Friday evening in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of telephonic harassment.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft reports were taken Friday evening from the 700 block of East Scenic Drive.

Kydeacos Benjamin Liberidhs, 30, 919 Pomona St. Unit C, was arrested Friday evening in his home on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear and parole violation.

Two juvenile males were stopped early Saturday morning at East 12th and Quinton streets and both were cited for possession of marijuana and curfew violation. They were released to their parents.

Sharon Marie Gowdy, 51, no listed address, was arrested Saturday evening in the 400 block of West 2nd Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Leroy Charles Shockley Jr., 44, no listed address, was arrested Saturday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft, carrying a concealed weapon, parole violation, felon in possession of a weapon, and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

A hit and run report was taken Saturday evening from the 600 block of East 2nd Street.

A burglary report was taken Saturday evening from the 800 block of Garden Court.

Kyle Brian Long, 25, 2700 West 7th St., was arrested in his home Saturday evening on a circuit court warrant for two counts of probation violation.

Marcus Dupree Watson, 20, 118 West 12th St., was arrested early Sunday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Anton James Leonard Allison, 19, 2408 West 10th St. No. 41, was arrested in his home early Sunday morning and is accused of third-degree theft.

An informational report was taken Sunday morning from the 400 block of East 7th Street after a female subject continued to call central dispatch as a nuisance rather than reporting an issue.

Jamie Lynn Smith, 34, Lyle, was arrested Sunday afternoon in the 900 block of West 6th Street and is accused of violation of a release agreement.

A male suspect was cited for third-degree theft Sunday evening from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after the subject fled the store without paying for food.

Aaron Christopher Zenger, 22, 3817 West 10th St. No. 25, was arrested Sunday evening in the 1500 block of East 11th Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. He is also accused of carrying a concealed weapon and felon in possession of a weapon.

Kasey Lauren Crossan, 20, 1501 East 11th St. Unit A was arrested early Monday morning in her home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Dylan Steven Klaviter, 21, 3525 Fax Rd., was arrested Monday morning in the 500 block of Washington Street and is accused of second-degree robbery and third-degree assault.

Travis O’Neal Barker, 24, 817 East 8th St., was arrested Monday afternoon in the 700 block of Hostetler Way on a state warrant for parole violation and a Klickitat County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.

Josiah S. Duncan, 28, Quilcene, Wash., was arrested Monday afternoon during a traffic stop at East 3rd and Taylor streets on a Multnomah County warrant for unlawful delivery of cocaine.

A restraining order violation report was taken Monday afternoon from the 700 block of Veterans Drive.

A criminal mischief report was taken Monday afternoon from the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way after an employee advised a window was possibly shot out.

Police responded to the 100 block of West 1st Street Monday evening on a report of an assault. A juvenile was contacted and was cited for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct and released to her mother.

Wasco County

Katelyn Ellen Gregory, 20, Auburn, Calif., was arrested Friday afternoon in Tygh Valley and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass and providing false information to a police officer.

A hit and run report was taken Friday afternoon from the 4000 block of Skyline Road.

An agency assist report was taken Friday evening on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 82 after assisting state police with a motorcycle crash on the highway.

Deputy responded to the Clear Lake campground Saturday morning on a report of a nuisance. Caller reported a large group of subjects were gathered at a site and were causing a lot of noise throughout the day. One subject was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct. A report was taken.

A male suspect was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana Saturday evening in Maupin.

Jennifer Lynne Carman, 35, Portland, was arrested during a traffic stop Saturday evening in Maupin and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A first degree assault report was taken Saturday evening from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported a male suspect assaulted her in the area; the incident is under investigation.

Jacob Daryl Spalding, 21, Lyle, was arrested during a traffic stop early Sunday morning near Highway 197 and Lone Pine Drive and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A second-degree criminal mischief report was taken Sunday afternoon from 15 Mile Road after a victim reported someone scratched a word into her vehicle paint.

A criminal mischief report was taken Sunday evening from the 3300 block of Dry Hollow Road after a victim reported their vehicle was keyed.

An informational report was taken Monday afternoon from Tygh Valley in regards to the large festival that took place over the weekend.

Oregon State Police

A male driver was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop Friday afternoon on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 86.

Brian Daniel Rousseau, 54, Newberg, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on Deschutes Access Road and Highway 216 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and depositing trash within 100 yards of water.

Sherman County

Johdon Keiann Smith, 31, Goldendale, was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop in Biggs and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawful possession of methamphetamines. Michelle Eletta Wills, 37, Goldendale, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Regional Jail

Dustin Cody Hardin, 22, 1400 East 15th St., was jailed Friday on a circuit court commitment for contempt of court.
