The Dalles City

An abandoned vehicle was reported Wednesday morning from the 400 block of West 15th Street, it was impounded.

A runaway report was taken Wednesday morning from the 2100 block of West 10th Street.

Misty Dawn Poole, 40, 3640 West 13th St. Unit F1, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 1300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass.

Animal control responded to the 400 block of West 2nd Place after a caller reported her daughter was nearly attacked by a dog. The dog owner was cited for maintaining a dog as a public nuisance and keeping an unlicensed dog.

A report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after a victim reported their wallet was missing while shopping in the store.

Michael Norman Grayson, 51, 1218 ½ East 11th St., was arrested Wednesday evening in his home on a Union County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Christopher Calvin Grayson, 50, 5393 Hawley Rd., was arrested Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of East 13th Street and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.

A report was taken Wednesday evening from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported their bike was stolen.

A robbery report was taken Wednesday evening from the 3600 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported being jumped by two males while running the track. Suspects took money from the victim’s wallet and ran off.

Rocky Eric Spino, 24, 3817 West 10th St. No. 1, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 1000 block of Irvine Street and is accused of two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, two counts of third-degree theft, and interference with a police officer.

Martinez Eugene Charles, 59, White Swan, Wash., was arrested early Thursday morning at West 9th and Myrtle streets on a Multnomah County warrant for third-degree theft.

Jose Luis Quevedo Millan, 38, no listed address, was arrested early Thursday morning in the 800 block of Walnut Street and is accused of probation violation, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and third-degree escape.

Mark Scott Bowlin, 49, Moro, was arrested early Thursday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the regional jail Wednesday morning after staff reported a suspect was being lodged and was in possession of counterfeit money. A report was taken and the money was seized.

Nathaniel Thaddeus Riley, 41, 1206 West 2nd St., was arrested Wednesday evening at the boat basin and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and probation violation.

Albert Chico Cervantes, 25, 1611 H St., was arrested early Thursday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 at exit 85 on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. He is also accused of failure to register as a sex offender.

Meafou Siatigi, 41, 2812 West 7th St., was arrested early Thursday morning during a traffic stop on the exit 82 overpass and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and depositing trash within 100 yards of water.

Sherman County

Chevar Angelique Tivey, 20, Walla Walla, was arrested Wednesday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97 near milepost 24 and is accused of unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Don Lee Hensley, 21, Waitsburg, Wash., was also arrested and accused of unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful delivery of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Regional Jail

Steven Jeffery Wallace, 48, no listed address, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for violation of post prison supervision sanctions.

Karen Kristine Warmsbecker, 43, 3564 East 2nd St. No. 45, was jailed on a circuit court commitment for first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief.

Parole and Probation

Brandon David Califf, 33, 816 Cascade St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of parole violation.
