Rescue

June 11, 11:52 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 900 block of Vey Way on a report of a grass fire burning on a hillside near an apartment complex. The fire was knocked down. Investigation discovered it had been caused by juveniles playing with a lighter.

Personnel also responded to four calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday morning from the 1400 block of East 13th Place after a victim reported their tires were slashed overnight.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday morning from the 2500 block of West 8th Street.

Police responded to the 1500 block of Bargeway Road Tuesday afternoon on a report of a fight. Contact was made with the subjects who advised there was no fight, one patron thought another was choking so he firmly patted him on the back.

A restraining order violation report was taken Tuesday evening from the 1100 block of Lewis Street.

Kerry Alan Pohrman, 43, 1630 East 14th St., was arrested Tuesday evening in the 200 block of West 7th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

A harassment report was taken Tuesday evening from the 1300 block of West 6th Street after a caller reported her ex-husband harassed her while exchanging their children.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Tuesday evening from the 500 block of West 3rd Place.

Tyler James Burris, 20, 3207 West 7th St., was arrested Tuesday evening in the 2700 block of West 7th Street on a municipal court warrant for contempt of court.

Leroy Charles Shockley Jr., 44, 1106 Emerson St. No. 14, was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Wasco County

A burglary report was taken Tuesday morning from the 6000 block of Rowena River Road.

A burglary report was taken Tuesday morning from Antelope after a victim reported his home was broken into and items were missing.

Jason Lee Williamson, 42, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday evening in Maupin and accused of three counts of assault on a public safety officer, menacing and harassment.

An assault report was taken Tuesday evening from the regional jail after an inmate sustained an injury while in custody.

Oregon State Police

William Leonard Cramblit, 53, Maupin, was arrested Tuesday evening in his home and is accused of harassment and failure to register as a sex offender.

Sherman County

Blain Roger Poirier, 43, Wasco, was arrested Tuesday evening in his home on a Sherman County warrant for two counts of contempt of court.

Regional Jail

Nathan David Crook, 35, Nehalem, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Tyler Christopher Hoyt, 23, no listed address, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Frank Dominic Aspria, 24, Goldendale, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Larry Duane Davis, 54, 1416 East 12th St., was booked and released Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for contempt of court.
