Police Reports

Adam Rish Vittoria, 37, 1106 Emerson St. No. 15, was arrested Thursday afternoon at the police station and is accused of first-degree theft.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Thursday afternoon on a follow up on an assault investigation. A juvenile was cited for fourth-degree assault and released to his parents.

Justin James Kinder, 36, 2700 West 7th St. No. 60, was arrested Thursday afternoon in his home and is accused of two counts of parole violation.

Sherry Kay Nunley, 51, 4413 Chenowith Rd., was arrested Thursday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of second-degree theft and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

A hit and run report was taken Thursday evening from the 1300 block of West 6th Street.

A burglary report was taken Thursday evening from the 800 block of Irvine Street after a victim reported someone entered his home and took a weapon.

An agency assist report was taken Thursday evening from the hospital after Gilliam County Sheriff’s Office requested a patient be cited and released for an incident that occurred in their jurisdiction.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the regional jail Thursday morning after staff reported an inmate being booked was in possession of methamphetamines. The drugs were seized and the inmate was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Scott William Peters, 43, 110 West 8th St., was arrested Thursday evening during a traffic stop at West 8th and Union streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A subject was cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol early Friday morning at West 2nd and Snipes streets.

Oregon State Police

A male passenger was cited and released for menacing Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 95. A truck driver stated the passenger pointed a bow and arrow at him while the vehicle was passing causing him to slam on his breaks. The suspect admitted to pointing a toy bow and arrow which was seized by the trooper.

Parole and Probation

James Earl Mulvaney, 19, 806 Union St., was arrested Thursday morning in his home and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Kevin Cameron Walker, 41, 2113 West 7th St. No. 30, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
