June 19, 2:51 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, East 3rd and Court streets. Officer assisted with information exchange, no report or citations issued.

Personnel responded to three calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A representative of the People’s Utility District reported a scam targeting Hispanic customers, who have been receiving telephone calls threatening power shutoff unless $300 is paid.

Klickitat County Sheriff’s Office advised that they were in pursuit of a suspect on Dallesport Road, requested officer stand by on The Dalles bridge Thursday afternoon. Subject wrecked the vehicle on Old Ferry Road and was arrested on multiple charges.

Officers assisted Oregon State Police with a fugitive suspect receiving care at Mid Columbia Medical Center.

Officers broadcast an attempt to locate Thursday afternoon for a woman with two children who left The Dalles two days ago and has not returned.

A Coos Bay woman reported the theft of her wallet Thursday night while at the Eagles Lodge.

Wasco County

Amy Ellis was stopped at Barge Way and Webber Steet and arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her vehicle was towed.

William Welch was stopped and Third Street and Monroe Street and arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Two buildings at an orchard in the 1600 block of Mosier Creek Road were broken into sometime Wednesday night and a various vehicles and trailers reported stolen. Deputy located all vehicles except for a 2003 Ram 2500 pickup were located elsewhere on the property. Also missing were some Ryobi tools. The pickup was entered as stolen.

A woman on Mill Creek Road reported her daughter being sexually harassed on Facebook by a neighbor. Deputies advised she file for a restraining order and block the suspect from her Facebook account.

Regional Jail

Mariah D. Hernandez, 27, The Dalles, was arrested on one count of parole violation.

Thomas F. Espirito, 31, Goldendale, turned himself in and was arrested on one misdemeanor count of wildlife offense.

Ray E. Niko Jr., 20, The Dalles, was arrested on one count of probation violation.

Elizabeth V. Labonte, 22, The Dalles, was arrested on one second degree count of failure to appear.

Jerry D. Vowels, 55, The Dalles, was arrested on one count of parole violation.

Florentino Saldana, 40, Hood River, was arrested in The Dalles on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a fugitive warrant.

Ryan Fernando Soaries, 29, Idaho, was arrested on as a fugitive from another state and charged in Sherman County court with giving false information to a police officer and a vehicle offense.

Michael L. Fransen, 62, The Dalles, was arrested on multiple counts of harassment, second degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Nicholas G. McCabe, 22, was arrested on a Wasco County warrant for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Travis D. Andy, 37, Toppenish, Wash. was arrested on highway 197 on multiple warrants out of Jefferson County.

Samuel K. S. Bishop, The Dalles, was arrested on two counts of parole violation.
