The Dalles City

A runaway report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 3100 block of West 7th Street. The child returned later in the day and was removed from the system.

An informational report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 3700 block of Klindt Drive after several subjects were attempting to halt construction in the area. The report will be forwarded to the city attorney for possible prosecution.

A theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 2000 block of Dry Hollow Road.

A second-degree theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 6th Street.

A found property report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 300 block of West 3rd Street after a bike was dumped; the bike was impounded.

A drive complaint report was taken Tuesday afternoon from West 9th and Trevitt streets; the incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from the 500 block of East 3rd Street.

A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from the 1200 block of East 12th Street after a victim reported her wallet was taken. Victim called back later and advised she found the wallet.

An assault report was taken Tuesday evening from the 100 block of Union Street.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday evening from the 3100 block of West 7th Street. The juvenile returned later in the evening and was removed from the system.

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday evening from the 2500 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported their windshield was broken.

A police officer hold report was taken Tuesday evening from the 800 block of Hostetler Way after a male subject cut himself. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

William James Thew, 27, no listed address, was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 900 block of Pomona Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation and is also accused of felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

A criminal mischief report was taken early Wednesday morning from the 300 block of West 6th Street.

Wasco County

A burglary report was taken Tuesday evening from the 5900 block of Cherry Heights Road after a victim reported some items were taken from within the home.

Oregon State Police

Trooper located a male subject lying in the ditch in the 6100 block of Cherry Heights Road early Wednesday morning. Subject was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Regional Jail

Nathaniel Adam Sheppard, 32, Twain Harte, Calif., was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Joshua Allen Davenport, 40, no listed address, was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Walter Frederick Sexton, 39, Beaverton, was transported and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Parole and Probation

John Michael Black, 58, 4405 Highway 30 No. 406, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Adam Shane Meyer, 38, 5495 Dolan Rd., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.
