March 4, 12:20 p.m. – Two-vehicle, non-injury crash, 2200 block of East 10th Street. Kyle McCall, 16, 3202 Browns Creek Rd., and Annabelle Isaaks, 87, 2203 East 10th St. were the involved drivers. No citations issued; officer assisted with information exchange.

March 2, 6:30 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 700 block of Lone Pine Lane on report of panel alarm. Upon arrival nothing was showing outside of the building. Maintenance workers guided staff to the area of the alarm where no problem was found.

March 2, 5:46 p.m. – Personnel responded to 1500 block of East 14th Street on report of open burn. Upon arrival a large burn pile was located near a fence. The resident extinguished the fire and was counseled on burning regulations.

March 2, 7:13 p.m. – Personnel responded to East 14th and Thompson streets on report of structure fire. Upon arrival no fire was observed but there was a light smell of smoke. An area resident advised he started a burn pit with his kids and he was unaware there was garbage in it. He extinguished the fire prior to apparatus arrival.

Personnel also responded to nine calls for emergency medical services Friday, seven Saturday, one Sunday and four Monday.

The Dalles City

A report was taken Friday morning from the 700 block of East 13th Street after a victim reported a laptop was taken from his vehicle.

Police responded to Kramer Field Friday morning on report of found bicycle. The bike was taken to impound.

Police responded to West 11th and Union streets Friday morning on report of juveniles fighting. Officer contacted two juveniles that were play fighting, no problem found.

A burglary report was taken Friday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported someone stole her purse from her home.

A burglary report was taken Friday afternoon from the 2400 block of East 12th Street after a victim reported someone entered his home and caused water damage; the incident is under investigation.

A burglary report was taken Friday afternoon from the 2100 block of West 9th Street after victim reported someone entered her home and took some items.

A report was taken Friday afternoon from the 600 block of West 13th Street after victim reported a man left a voicemail on her phone violating a no-contact order.

Police responded to the 500 block of East 11th Street Friday afternoon on report of suspicious subject. Caller advised a man was walking through the area and looking over fences. The man told police he was looking for a lost cat.

Police responded to the 700 block of East 13th Street Friday evening after a caller reported a man gave their foster daughter marijuana. The matter was forwarded to the juvenile department.

A report was taken Friday evening from the 3200 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported someone entered his vehicle and took items.

Police responded to the 400 block of East 8th Street Friday evening on report of domestic disturbance. Caller reported her brother had attempted to burn her and tried to push her down some stairs. Police talked to them and their stories differed. Neither had signs of injury, they were counseled and agreed to separate for the evening.

Police responded to West 13th and Liberty streets Friday evening on report of a noise complaint. Police found a birthday party in progress, and the party-goers agreed to keep the noise down.

Police responded to the 1200 block of East 10th Street early Saturday morning after a caller reported juveniles stopped in front of his home. One vomited and urinated in his yard. Suspects got into a vehicle and fled the area. Police could not find the vehicle.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 2nd Street early Saturday morning on report that a woman assaulted a bouncer. Haley Anne Uhalde, 21, 1713 E.14th St., was arrested and is accused of fourth-degree assault, harassment, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree criminal trespass.

Police responded to the 300 block of East 13th Street early Saturday on a report of a loud party. Officer checked the area but did not hear anything abnormally loud.

David Michael Foote, 52, no listed address; was arrested Saturday morning in the 1200 block of West 6th Street on two circuit court warrants for failure to appear.

A report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 700 block of Hostetler Way after a property owner reported some previous tenants had taken something from the home when they moved out, Report is under investigation.

Police responded to East 16th and Riverview streets Saturday afternoon on report of juvenile riding a motorcycle in the area. Police counseled parents on letting the youth ride the motorcycle without a license.

A theft report was taken Saturday evening from the 300 block of West 3rd Street after a victim reported he had some items taken from his bag while in the area.

Police responded to the 300 block of East 12th Street Saturday evening on a report of a dispute. Caller advised a vehicle horn had been going off for a few minutes and he can hear people yelling. Contact was made with a man and woman who said their horn was stuck and the woman was yelling at the man to fix it. They were warned of their conduct.

Police responded to East 3rd and Washington streets early Sunday morning, where a man said another man assaulted him. Suspect left prior to officer arrival and the victim declined to pursue charges.

Police responded to the 900 block of Heritage Way early Sunday morning on a report of two people attempting to break into a church. As police approached, two subjects were observed lighting off fireworks and fled the scene. They were not found. There were no signs of forced entry into the church.

Police responded to the 1100 block of East 8th Street early Sunday morning on report of a disturbance. Caller reported his adult son was staying with him, on condition he not drink. But he’d been drinking, and was now demanding to be let in the house. At father’s request, the son was trespassed from the house.

A runaway report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 700 block of Hostetler Way.

Police responded to 1200 block of Eric Court Sunday afternoon on report of ispute. Contact was made with a mother and two juvenile females. One female had sustained scratches to the face, the other was unharmed. Neither wished to pursue charges against one another. All were counseled.

Report was taken Sunday evening from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported a vehicle almost hit him and his family in the parking lot.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 7th Street Sunday evening on report of a fight. Caller reported several juveniles beat up her juvenile son.

Ashlee Renae Klaviter, 26, no listed address, was arrested Sunday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street accused of third-degree theft.

Jose Santos Torres Arias, 29, 112 West 10th St., was arrested Sunday evening in the 2900 block of West 7th Street and accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. A subject that was with Arias was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

A report was taken Sunday evening from the 3300 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported someone broke through a fence and took some items from a vehicle parked in a fenced lot.

Police responded to the 2200 block of West 14th Street Sunday evening after a caller reported a male was threatening him while holding a bat. Suspect fled prior to officer arrival. Victim declined to pursue charges but wanted him trespassed from the property.

Tyler James Burris, 20, 1114 Trevitt St., was arrested early Monday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft.

Police responded to the 300 block of West 6th Street early Monday morning on report of an incomplete 911 call. Contact was made with the homeowner who advised she dialed 911 after she mistook a friend for an unwanted subject.

A theft report was taken Monday morning from the 1600 block of East 10th Street after victim reported their bicycle was missing.

A bicycle was found Monday morning at the Mill Creek foot bridge and was taken to impound.

An assault report was taken Monday morning from the 800 block of East 13th Street after a victim reported he was assaulted by his cousin. The incident is under investigation.

A criminal mischief report was taken Monday afternoon from the 300 block of West 6th Street after a suspect came to an apartment and kicked the door in.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Monday afternoon after a female called to report she was assaulted. Police searched for the victim but could not find anyone in the parking log matching her description.

Police responded to the 300 block of West 3rd Street Monday afternoon on report of domestic disturbance. Victim called to report a male pushed her and fled the scene. Victim had no signs of injury and said she wanted the information logged.

Police responded to the 1200 block of Union Street Monday afternoon after a victim reported his vehicle was spray painted. Investigation discovered dry flowers were left on the vehicle.

Police responded to the 100 block of West 4th Street Monday evening after a hotel employee advised a woman had two people in her room that were not allowed on the premises. The two were trespassed from the property.

A criminal mischief report was taken Monday evening from the 100 block of West 4th Street after a victim called to report a male was causing a disturbance at the hotel. Caller attempted to get the subject to leave and he was pushed. Suspect also kicked the caller’s vehicle as he fled. Incident is under investigation.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to East 21st and View Court streets Friday morning on a report of shots fired in the area. The area was checked but no subjects were found.

A criminal mischief report was taken Friday afternoon from the 3600 block of West 13th Street after a victim reported she has had ongoing issues with someone damaging her car during the night. The incident is under investigation.

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Friday evening on a report of a disturbance. Caller reported she observed an intoxicated man in the area chasing people. Contact was made with the suspect who denied doing so, he was warned of his conduct.

Deputy responded to the 3600 block of West 13th Street early Sunday morning on report of male sleeping under stairs. Contact was made with the suspect who advised he was waiting for someone to get home. He moved along.

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Saturday evening on report of trespassers. Park manager advised a male and female had broken into a trailer and the owner is in jail. Contact was made with the suspects who advised they had permission to go in and take care of the trailer. Deputy also spoke with the owner in jail and they advised the subjects at one time had permission but no longer did. The suspects were trespassed from the property.

A report was taken Sunday morning from 8300 block of Mill Creek Road after a victim advised he had fence damage and someone entered his barn and moved items around. Incident is under investigation.

Sanford Clyde Silvernail, 38, Etha, Wash., was arrested Monday morning at the sheriff’s office on a Klamath County warrant for failure to appear.

Deputy responded to Celilo Village Monday afternoon on a welfare check. School principal called to report three students have not come to school in several weeks. Contact was made with the family and nothing appeared to be abnormal.

An offensive littering report was taken Monday afternoon from Chenowith Creek Road as a caller found several large bags dumped off the side of the road; under investigation.

Lowell Robert Roy, 62, 928 Verdant St., was arrested Monday evening in the 600 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of four counts of offensive littering, depositing trash within 100 yards of water, and placing offensive substance in water.

Oregon State Police

A male driver was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana during traffic stop Friday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 97.

Patrick John Slater, 25, Lenexa, Kansas; was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Highway 30 and Division Street on a Thurston County warrant for failure to appear.

A male driver was cited and released for driving uninsured Saturday afternoon on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 85; the vehicle was impounded.

A male driver was cited and released for driving uninsured during a traffic stop Saturday evening on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 97; the vehicle was impounded.

Aaron James Mains, 24, Goldendale, was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 88 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A male driver was cited and released for driving while suspended during a traffic stop Sunday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 81; the vehicle was released to a family member.

A male driver was cited and released for throwing burning material out a window during a traffic stop Monday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 101.

Sherman County

Raymond Lawrence Brown, 36, Hood River, was arrested Saturday afternoon at Biggs Junction and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Brion Charles Sawyer, 49, Joseph, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop in Moro and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Regional Jail

Jacob John Melton, 32, Spokane, was jailed Friday on a circuit court commitment for fourth-degree assault.

Paul Frederick Lambert, 49, Gresham, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for third-degree theft.
