March 17, 4:03 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, West 6th and Cherry Heights. Officer assisted with information exchange.

Wasco County

March 15, 9:36 p.m. – Single vehicle versus livestock, Highway 197 near Highway 216 East interchange. Katherine Cuff, no listed address, was the involved driver. Cuff struck a cow while traveling north on Highway 197. The cow was dispatched and the vehicle was towed. A report was taken.

March 16, 1:05 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Highway 197 and Blue Rock Road intersection. Laura Comini, 401 West 16th St., was the involved driver. Comini advised she looked down briefly and the vehicle went off the road, a report was taken.

March 17, 1:54 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, 2100 block of West 6th Street. Deputy assisted with information exchange; no report or citations issued.

Rescue

March 17, 4:20 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 3000 block of West 10th Street on a report of a dumpster fire. Upon arrival a dumpster was found with flames coming out of it. The fire was extinguished and mopped up; the cause of the fire is unknown.

Personnel also responded to six calls for emergency medical services on Friday, six on Saturday, three on Sunday and seven on Monday.

The Dalles City

Luis Miguel Navarro, 19, 4109 Chenowith Rd. No. E-14 was arrested Friday morning in the 2100 block of West 6th Street on a circuit court warrant for two counts of failure to appear and is also accused of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

A second-degree criminal mischief report was taken Friday morning from the 500 block of East 10th Street after a victim reported their vehicle was vandalized overnight.

Police responded to the 800 block of East 13th Street Friday afternoon on a report of a trespasser. Contact was made with the suspect and he was asked to leave without incident.

A first-degree forgery report was taken Friday afternoon from the 1000 block of Lone Pine Drive after an employee advised some counterfeit money came into their possession.

An informational report was taken Friday afternoon from the 3100 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported an issue with a vehicle purchased from a dealer.

A burglary report was taken Friday evening from the 3200 block of West 7th Street.

David Henry Holt, 41, 4109 Chenowith Rd. D-19, was arrested Friday evening in the 500 block of Washington St., and is accused of two counts of third-degree sexual abuse and two counts of sexual harassment.

A burglary report was taken Friday evening from the 900 block of Pomona Street.

A criminal mischief report was taken Friday evening from the 200 block of East 7th Place after a victim reported someone broke a window out on their property.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 3rd Street Friday evening after an employee advised two subjects were causing a disturbance. Suspects fled prior to officer arrival; reports for harassment and disorderly conduct were taken.

A stolen vehicle report was taken early Saturday morning from the 1200 block of East 11th Street after a victim reported his motorcycle was stolen.

Michael Luther Solberg, 33, 4234 Chenowith Rd., was arrested early Saturday morning in the 200 block of East 2nd Street and is accused of two counts of disorderly conduct and harassment. Carl Andrew Solberg, 31, 311 West 13th St., was also arrested and is accused of two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct and two counts of fourth-degree assault.

An informational report was taken Saturday morning from the 3500 block of East 2nd Street after a reporting party advised a subject was at a home where he was not supposed to be; the incident is under investigation.

A burglary report was taken Saturday morning from the 1200 block of East 17th Street after a victim reported his home was entered overnight and vandalized his home.

Police responded to the 800 block of Court Street Saturday afternoon on a report of a disturbance. Caller reported that a subject was yelling and screaming in his apartment. Contact was made with the subject who advised he was just letting off steam; he was warned of his conduct.

A runaway report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 2500 block of East 10th Street.

Jon Atone Peat, 51, 2003 East 15th St., was arrested Saturday evening and is accused of probation violation.

Police responded to the 800 block of East 2nd Street Saturday evening on a report of a trespassing subject. Contact was made with the subject who advised he was having some mental issues and wanted to be taken to the hospital. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation; no trespass charges were issued.

Police responded to the hospital Saturday evening after an employee advised the subject that was brought in earlier during the evening was causing a disturbance. Officers arrived and stood by until the subject was given some medication and removed from the facility.

Police responded to the 700 block of East 2nd Street Saturday evening after an employee advised a subject was refusing to leave the establishment after being asked to. Contact was made with the suspect who was cited and released for criminal trespass.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 2nd Street Saturday evening on a report of a disturbance. Contact was made with an employee who advised a customer was causing a disturbance. Suspect was contacted and trespassed from the establishment.

Police responded to the 1400 block of East 15th Street Saturday evening on a report of three missing juvenile females. Mother reported that they were supposed to be having a sleepover and when she came home they were gone. They were located by police at East 10th and Washington streets early Sunday morning and were all cited for minor in possession of tobacco, curfew violation, and theft.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 2nd Street early Sunday morning on a report of a disturbance. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised they were involved in a minor altercation but no one wished to pursue charges against one another.

A second-degree theft report was taken Sunday morning in the 3500 block of East 2nd Street after a victim reported someone took some items off his property.

Andrew Joseph Pulver, 29, 904 East 12th St., was arrested in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

A theft report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 600 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported some items were missing from a bag she set down for a few minutes.

A found bicycle report was taken Sunday evening from the 800 block of Hostetler Street; the bike was taken into custody.

A criminal mischief report was taken Sunday evening from the 700 block of East 15th Street after a victim reported a window to their property was broken.

Tyson Ferral Jones, 34, Pendleton, was arrested early Monday morning on West 2nd and Union streets and is accused of first-degree burglary, second-degree forgery, first-degree theft, identity theft, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, probation violation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

A second-degree burglary report was taken Monday morning from the 3100 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported an out building was broken into and had some items taken from within.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Monday morning from the 600 block of East 2nd Street after an employee advised that a company vehicle was broken into over the weekend and had some items taken.

A hit and run report was taken Monday morning after a victim reported her vehicle was struck during the past week; the exact location of the occurrence is unknown.

A first-degree theft report was taken Monday afternoon from the 700 block of East Scenic Drive after a victim reported that some tires and rims were taken off their property.

Shawn Stephens, 25, no listed address, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Police responded to the 700 block of Union Street Monday afternoon on a report of a disturbance. Caller reported a male subject threatening three juvenile males with a baseball bat. Suspect fled the area prior to officer arrival; the incident was logged for information.

David Michael Foote, 52, transient, was arrested Monday evening at West 2nd and Union streets and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespass.

Police responded to the 900 block of Floral Court Monday evening after a caller reported two suspects had taken cans from a neighbor’s yard and dumped them in theirs. Officer checked the area but no subject was found.

Police responded to the 3200 block of Brett Clodfelter Way Monday evening on a report of a trespassing subject. Employee called and reported a male subject was inside the location and causing a disturbance. Contact was made with the suspect who was removed from the premise and trespassed from the property.

Police responded to West 7th and Lincoln streets Monday evening on a report of a robbery. Reporting party advised that a male suspect held another subject at gunpoint and took their cell phone. Contact was made with the caller who advised she was calling on behalf of the victim who did not wish to pursue charges for fear of retaliation. The suspect was located and was searched where no weapons or stolen property were found. The suspect advised the victim threatened to blackmail him by reporting the robbery over a relationship issue. The incident appeared to be unfounded.

Police responded to the 1800 block of Quinton Street early Tuesday morning on a report of a burglary. Victim reported seeing a male suspect flee his garage after he turned the light on. The area was checked but no subject was found. A second-degree burglary report was taken and is under investigation.

Wasco County

George Zach Grigsby, 55, 814 Court St., was arrested Friday afternoon at The Dalles Dam and is accused of first-degree criminal trespass and attempted fourth-degree assault.

Maricela Hernandez Villa, 23, 3215 West 7th St. Unit A, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 3800 block of West 10th Street and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.

An identity theft report was taken Friday evening after a victim in Antelope advised their name is being used on a cellular phone account that is not his.

Deputy responded to Celilo Village early Sunday morning on a report of a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with one subject involved who advised he was involved in a verbal dispute over family issues with his son. The son fled prior to deputy arrival. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

A hit and run report was taken Sunday evening from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road.

A male driver was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 5000 block of Discovery Drive.

Deputy responded to the 4800 block of Chenowith Road Monday afternoon on a report of threats. Reporting party advised he was threatened by a neighbor earlier in the week and wanted the incident logged for info. Contact was made with the suspect who was advised to not contact the victim.

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of Fifteenmile Road Monday afternoon on a report of a disturbance. Reporting party advised that a male subject in a vehicle sped around the school parking lot before getting out and vomiting in the parking lot and then possibly proceeded to urinate. Contact was made with the suspect who advised he just parked his vehicle there before going on a run. He was advised to move his vehicle out of the school parking lot.

An agency assist report was taken Monday evening from Mosier after deputy contacted an assault victim for Hood River police where the incident took place.

Elisia May Sanducci, 29, Springfield, was arrested Monday evening in the 700 block of East 12th Street and is accused of failure to perform the duties of a driver and no operator’s license.

Siona Lagavale Fanene, 28, 1013 Pomona St. Apt. B, was arrested early Tuesday morning in the community corrections parking lot and is accused of probation violation.

Oregon State Police

Victorino Loyola Castillo, 41, Aloha, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on East 2nd and Washington streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and being a fugitive of ICE.

Timothy Scott Zurita, 24, Hillsboro, was arrested Sunday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street on a Washington County warrant for probation violation.

Luis Enrique Portillo Ramirez, 41, 908 Union St., was arrested Sunday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 81 on a municipal court warrant for failure to appear and is also accused of being a fugitive of INS.

A male driver was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and no operator’s license during a traffic stop Sunday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 76; the vehicle was impounded. Two passengers were also cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Michael Scott Briley, 55, Dallesport, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 86 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A male driver was cited and released for no operator’s license and driving uninsured during a traffic stop on West 6th and Division streets; the vehicle was impounded.

Fernando Hernandez Rodriguez, 24, Quincy, Wash., was arrested early Monday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 97 and is accused of failure to present and carry an operator’s license and being a fugitive of ICE.

Walter Mario Ferrarndo, 66, Anderson, Calif., was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 104 and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamines and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Sherman County

Gerine Minnette Bryan, 50, Moro, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97, milepost 16 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Gilliam County

Ismael Sanchez Vasquez, 45, Portland, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 136 on a Multnomah County warrant for two counts of probation violation and being a fugitive of ICE.

Tonyia Rozena Oakes, 40, Condon, was arrested Monday evening in her home on a Gilliam County warrant for probation violation.

Regional Jail

Daniel Allen Peterson, 53, Arlington, was jailed Friday on a Gilliam County court commitment for probation violation.

Jose Israel Torres, 35, 4525 Highway 30 West No. 6, was jailed Friday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

David Bruce Allen, 59, Pasco, Wash., was jailed Monday and released on a circuit court commitment for fourth-degree assault.
