Vending machines at two locations, the 1500 block of West 1st Street and the 2600 block of West Sixth, were reported destroyed Thursday morning.

Police responded to the 900 block of West 6th Street Thursday morning on a report of a stolen bike. Witness observed a juvenile male steal a bike and stopped him before the juvenile ran off. The bike was taken back to the owner and the juvenile suspect will be dealt with by his probation officer.

A female driver was cited and released for driving while suspended and driving uninsured during a traffic stop Thursday morning in the 1700 block of East 11th Street; the vehicle was impounded.

Police responded to the 3500 block of Royal Crest Drive Thursday morning on a report of a vehicle prowler.

A theft report was taken Thursday morning from the 3000 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported many items stolen from her yard.

A theft report was taken Thursday morning from the 2100 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported his vehicle was broken into and had items were missing.

Police responded to West 3rd Place and West 4th Street Thursday morning on report of an assault. Victim reported a male subject grabbed him and threw him to the ground. Contact was made with both subjects. The suspect told the victim to not walk through his property but the victim did so anyway. The suspect shoved the victim. Heither wished to pursue charges and they separated.

A burglary report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 300 block of West 4th Street.

An abandoned vehicle report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 1st Street; the vehicle was towed and impounded.

A hit and run report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 400 block of East 12th Street.

Police responded to the 1200 block of West 6th Street Thursday afternoon on a report of a disturbance. Contact was made with both male subjects involved who were having a verbal dispute; both were advised to stay away from one another.

A second-degree theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 2400 block of East 12th Street after a victim reported some items missing from her home.

Brittany Michelle Goodnight, 23, 3230 West 7th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 100 block of West 4th Street and accused of unlawful possession of heroin, first-degree forgery, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of heroin, and possession of methamphetamines. Jacob David Wilson, 21, 717 East 18th St., was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of heroin, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful delivery of heroin.

A second-degree criminal mischief report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 2300 block of West 8th Street after a drop box was damaged.

Police responded to the 1000 block of Union Street Thursday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Male and female involved who advised the argument was verbal; the male left for the night.

Several theft reports were taken from the area of the 3500 block of Royal Crest Drive after two victims reported their vehicles were prowled and had items missing.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the 900 block of Irvine Street on a report of a trespassing subject. Contact was made with the property owner and the suspect, who was trespassed from the property.

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Thursday evening on report of a physic adomestic dispute involving two juvenile sisters. One of the girls was cited for harassment, disorderly conduct, and two counts of reckless endangering. She was taken to a friend’s home.

Oregon State Police

A male driver was cited and released for no operator’s license and driving uninsured during a traffic stop Thursday on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 97; the vehicle was impounded.

Sherman County

Pedro Arias Orozco, 18, Bellevue, Wash., was arrested Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop on Highway 97, milepost 12 and accused of unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamines.
