A child abuse report was taken Tuesday morning from the 1200 block of East 17th Street; the incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 700 block of Veterans Drive after a victim reported some money and gift cards were taken from her room.

A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from East 9th and Dry Hollow streets after a victim reported his wallet was missing.

Police responded to the 600 block of Washington Street Tuesday evening on a report of a dispute. Contact was made with a mother and her juvenile daughter who were arguing. Both were counseled on their actions.

Police responded to the Boat Basin Tuesday afternoon on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised they were having a verbal dispute. Both were counseled on their actions.

Police responded to the 1300 block of West 6th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a dispute. Contact was made with the male and female who advised they were having a verbal dispute. Both were counseled on their actions and they advised to keep it down.

A runaway report was taken Tuesday evening from the 1200 block of Quinton Street.

A restraining order violation report was taken Tuesday evening from the 200 block of West 15th Street; the incident is under investigation.

Kenneth Scott Nyberg, 48, no listed address, was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 800 block of East 13th Street and is accused of probation violation. Thor Lynn, 42, 1617 Riverview St., was also arrested and is accused of parole violation.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to the 3800 block of West 10th Street Tuesday morning on a report of a dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved. Parents were having issues with an adult son coming onto property and they had a verbal argument with him. They were counseled on their options to trespass the subject.

Donald Allen Martin Jr., 23, 4109 Chenowith Rd. Space B-38, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his home on a Navy military warrant for desertion.

Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft reports were taken Tuesday evening from the 4900 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported someone entered a vehicle and took some parts.

Nycol Mae Asher, 37, 1723 East 10th St., was arrested Tuesday evening during a traffic stop on West 6th and Chenowith Loop roads and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended.

Oregon State Police

A male driver was cited and released for driving while suspended and driving uninsured during a traffic stop Tuesday evening on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 101; the vehicle was impounded.

Regional Jail

Steven Thomas Hadley, 55, Wamic, was jailed Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for reckless driving.

Jaquona Lakaya Goggans, 37, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Natalia Tyesa Neal, 30, Peoria, Ill., was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for failure to appear.

Jacob David Wilson, 22, 717 E. 18th St., was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear and probation violation.

Christopher James Shough, 41, no listed address, was transported by Washington County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for two counts of failure to appear.

Parole and Probation

Wanda Jane Bryan, 50, 3817 West 10th St. No. 2, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in her home and is accused of probation violation.
