Accidents

The Dalles City

May 8, 5:33 p.m. – Vehicle versus wheel chair, injury crash, West 6th and Hostetler streets. Gordon Royal, 54, La Grande, and Charles Baker, 68, 2510 West 2nd St., were the involved parties. Royal stopped at stop sign, was turning out and ran into Baker. Baker was taken to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. A report was taken and the incident is under investigation

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

May 8, 1:03 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 1100 block of West 2nd Street on a report of a garage fire. Upon arrival a single story detached garage was found showing light gray smoke. A fire in a garbage can was found on the exterior of the garage. The fire was caused by careless placement of lit cigarette butts. The fire was extinguished.

Personnel responded to five calls for emergency medical services.

The Dalles City

A hit and run report was taken Wednesday morning from the 1200 block of West 6th Street.

A telephonic harassment report was taken Wednesday morning from the 800 block of East 14th Street after a victim reported a male suspect continues to call after being told to stop; the incident is under investigation.

An assault report was taken Wednesday morning from the 1700 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported she went to pick up her son from his father and during the exchange the male suspect pushed her down to the ground and kicked her; the incident is under investigation.

A hit and run report was taken Wednesday morning from the 2900 block of East 2nd Street.

Police responded to the 1900 block of West 13th Street Wednesday afternoon on a report of a disturbance. Caller reported a male subject was being hostile to workers in an adult care facility. Contact was made with employees as the suspect left prior to officer arrival. They wanted the incident logged.

Ryan Douglas Bloomdahl, 38, 1309 Garrison St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 500 block of West 9th Street and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions and fourth-degree domestic assault.

A dog bite report was taken Wednesday evening from the 600 block of West 13th Street.

A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday evening from the 3200 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported a windshield had been broken.

A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday evening from the 2400 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported a door was damaged.

Cody Michael Ricks, 21, 2421 West 13th St., was arrested Wednesday evening in his home and is accused of first-degree criminal mistreatment.

Kelsey Elsa Frank, 31, Celilo Village No. 9, was arrested Wednesday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street on three circuit court warrants for failure to appear and is also accused of second-degree theft. Jimmy James Spino, 21, no listed address, was also arrested on a municipal court warrant for failure to appear, a circuit court warrant for failure to appear and is also accused of second-degree theft.

Juan Carlos Navarro, 19, 4109 Chenowith Rd. No. E14, was arrested early Thursday morning and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamines, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Wasco County

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning from the 4500 block of Highway 30 after an employee advised a large amount of gasoline was stolen from a tank on site; the incident is under investigation.

An informational report was taken Wednesday morning in Mosier after medics responded to a residence on a medical call and came upon a hunting vest strapped with road flares that also had a timing device attached to it; the incident is under investigation.

A criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday afternoon in the 3600 block of West 13th Street after a victim reported his vehicle was vandalized.

A theft report was taken Wednesday morning from the 3800 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported their bicycle was stolen.

Aaron Christopher Worley, 21, 3817 West 10th St. No. 25, was arrested early Thursday morning on four circuit court warrants for probation violation and is also accused of third-degree escape.

Regional Jail

Jacob David Wilson, 22, 717 East 18th St., was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on two circuit court warrants for failure to appear and parole violation.

Natalia Tyesa Neal, 30, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a Gilliam County warrant for failure to appear.

Leo John Harland, 45, Stanfield, was transported by Umatilla County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Christopher James Shough, 41, Portland, was transported by Washington County and jailed after being arrested on two circuit court warrants for failure to appear.

Parole and Probation

Gus Raymond Niskanen, 41, 3817 West 10th St. No. 19A, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.

Jaime Lynn Mulvaney, 24, 806 Union St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
