Flowers are bursting from their buds and spring entertainment can mean a civilized spot of tea or a little time enjoying the warming sunshine and dappled shade at a nearby park, or sip a frothy drink at any establishment with outdoor dining. Relish these temperate days, the dog days of summer are not far behind.
