Mid-Columbia Fire &

Rescue

May 16, 12:55 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 4000 block of Skyline Drive on a report of a water flow alarm. Upon arrival no smoke or fire was visible from a cherry processing plant. Property owner advised they are having work done to their fire prevention system which tripped the alarm. No problem was found.

Personnel also responded to five calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Nicky Brown William, 37, Vancouver, was arrested Wednesday morning in the 1300 block of East 19th Street on a Multnomah County warrant for failure to appear. He is also accused of being a fugitive of ICE.

John Michael Black, 58, 4405 Highway 30, was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

Michael Aaron Roberts, 35, 300 West 14th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

A theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported their wallet was stolen.

Police responded to the 2700 block of West 6th Street Wednesday afternoon on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised they had a verbal argument; there were no signs of physical injuries to either subject and they were warned of their conduct.

Thomas Eric Boege, 50, 1021 East 9th St. No. 6, was arrested Wednesday evening on 4th Street Grade and is accused of violation of a stalking order.

Wasco County

Deputy responded to Tygh Valley Wednesday evening on a report of children shooting bb guns towards a house. Contact was made with the mother of the children who advised the kids were on the bridge shooting the bb guns. Subjects were counseled of their conduct.

Oregon State Police

Jerome Arthur Soikowsky, 39, Olympia, Wash., was arrested Wednesday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 85 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Neftali Guzman Garcia, 38, Beaverton, was arrested early Thursday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 73 and is accused of driving while suspended and being a fugitive of ICE.

Sherman County

Jesus Altamirano Oton, 41, Hillsboro, was arrested Wednesday evening in Moro on a Washington County warrant for probation violation. He is also accused of being a fugitive of ICE.

Regional Jail

Glenn Ray Brunoe, 32, no listed address, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Andrew Joseph Pulver, 29, 904 East 12th St., was transported by Multnomah County and jailed on a circuit court warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, two counts of third-degree theft, and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Oleg Olegovich Kirillov, 27, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Steven Michael Puckett, 48, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed on a circuit court warrant for four counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

Parole and Probation

Martin Troy Casey, 43, 207 West 7th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
