Accidents

City of The Dalles

May 22, 9:12 a.m. — A vehicle versus bike, non-injury accident occurred near the intersection of 10th Street and Cherry Heights Rd. The biker ran into a car and both the bike and car were damaged.

May 22, 10:55 a.m. — An injury accident occurred at the intersection of 10th Street and Oregon Street, driver was cited for failure to yield to a traffic device.

May 22, 11:43 a.m. — A two-vehicle accident occurred on Highway 30. A car clipped a second car, sending it into the guardrail.

Personnel responded to 12 calls for medical service.

Police

The Dalles

Police responded to the 400 block of East 7th Street Wednesday morning on a report of a woman transporting her baby in the front seat of her car with no car seat. The woman was not available when police responded, but officers left a card for her to contact them later.

Richard Owen Worton, 56, 1012 E 14th St., was arrested for second-degree failure to appear.

Police responded to the 3200 block of West 7th Street Wednesday afternoon on a report of vandalism. Officers spoke with the owner of the house, who said the glass on the garage door had been cracked for a while and had finally fallen out. No crime.

Police responded to a report of a woman harassing a man at the 800 block of East 13th Street Wednesday evening. The pair said the man had poked the woman and they had wrestled over it.

Wasco County

Police took a report of stolen property from the 300 block of South Wayne Road Wednesday afternoon after a resident advised their medications had been stolen.

Police took a report of harassment from the 4100 block of Chenowith Loop Road Wednesday afternoon after a woman reported her ex-boyfriend wouldn’t stop texting her and posting statements about her online. Suspect was counseled.

Regional Jail

Thomas Anderson Vanbuskirk, 42, Dallesport, was transferred to the regional jail from Multnomah County on a probation violation warrant.

Harry Max Bullock III, 40, 126 W 6th St. Apt. 3, was transferred to the regional jail from Multnomah County on a count of parole violation.

David Gregory Wickham, Salem, Ore. was transferred to the regional jail from Multnomah County on one count of probation violation.

Heidi Fawn Fisher Perez, 32, 2700 West 7th Street No. 32, was arrested on one count of parole violation.

Joshua Logan Frank Williams, 35, Portland, was arrested on a Wasco County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Andrew Richard Bowman, 33, Dallesport, Wash., was transferred to the regional jail from Klickitat County for a post prison supervision sanction.

Jesus Chiprez, 27, Mattawa, Wash., was arrested on a Sherman County Court commitment on one count of giving false information to a police officer.

Alana Faye Seidel, 23, 619 W. Trevitt, was arrested on one count of parole violation.

Catina Marie Varela Chavez, 39, 1106 Emerson No. 3, was arrested on one count of parole violation.

James Mulvaney Earl, 19, 806 Union Street, was arrested on two counts of probation violation.

Ruth Ellen Duenas Mendoza, 24, 1013 Pomona Street Apt. B, was arrested on one count of failure to appear.
