Thank your EMS

Thank your EMS

To the editor:

If you have ever been in need of emergency medical help or know of someone who has, please take the time to thank your local emergency medical services personnel.

Even if you haven’t had an opportunity to receive care from someone in emergency services, this is the perfect time to let them know just how much they are appreciated.

Whether your ambulance service is staffed by paid professionals or volunteer professionals, these people are always there when you need them.

May 19-25 is National EMS Week. Please recognize your local ambulance service for their hard work and dedication to keeping your communities safe.
