May 24, 7:40 a.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, West 9th and Wright streets. Officer assisted with information exchange, no report or citations issued.

Wasco County

May 25, 1:43 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury accident, Highway 197 north of Maupin. Jessi Kellogg, 19, 901 Pomona St. Apt. A was the involved driver. Kellogg was operating a motorcycle and lost control of the vehicle. She was taken to the hospital for minor injuries sustained in the crash. A report was taken.

May 25, 7:31 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, 3800 block of West 10th Street. Deputy assisted with information exchange; no report or citations issued.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

May 27, 3:21 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 1100 block of Chinook Street on a report of a smoke investigation. Upon arrival a small burn pile was found. A homeowner was burning a small pile of debris. He was advised of the burn ban and extinguished the fire.

Personnel responded to nine calls for emergency medical services on Friday, three on Saturday, four on Sunday and six on Monday.

The Dalles City

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Friday morning from the 800 block of Home Court after a victim reported their vehicle was broken into overnight and had some items missing.

An unlicensed dog report was taken Friday morning from the 400 block of West 2nd Place after a suspect was cited for an unlicensed dog.

A criminal mischief report was taken Friday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after a victim reported an irrigation valve had been tampered with and broken.

Jacob David Wilson, 22, 717 East 18th St., was arrested Friday morning at West 2nd and Webber streets and is accused of unlawful possession of heroin.

Martin Troy Casey, 43, 207 West 7th St., was arrested Friday morning in his home on a Washington County warrant for probation violation.

A burglary report was taken Friday afternoon from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after an employee advised a back fence was cut and property was tampered with and stolen.

Teeman Eli Jackson, 21, Wapato, Wash., was arrested Friday afternoon at Thompson Park on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from the 3500 block of East 2nd Street after a victim reported their unlocked vehicle was rummaged through overnight and had some items taken from within.

Jim Dean Looney, 25, Dallesport, was arrested Friday evening at The Dalles Marina and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault and strangulation.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Friday evening from the 1000 block of Garrison Street after a victim reported their home was entered and had some items missing.

William James Thew, 27, 715 Federal St., was arrested Friday evening at West 10th and Chinook streets on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Joshua Aaron Aljaouni, 24, 4405 Highway 30 No. 603, was arrested Friday evening in the 800 block of West 10th Street and is accused of harassment and strangulation.

Joshua Casey Moore, 24, 2402 West 10th St. No. 54, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 100 block of East Scenic Drive on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Gabriel James Gonzalez, 30, 1120 East 8th St., was arrested early Saturday morning at West 1st and Union Streets on a Multnomah County warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

A burglary report was taken Saturday morning from the 500 block of Liberty Street after a victim reported someone entered their apartment and took some items.

A theft report was taken Saturday evening from the 100 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported their cell phone was stolen.

A criminal trespass report was taken early Sunday morning from the 1500 block of East 12th Street after a victim reported her intoxicated adult son came home and was causing a disturbance. Suspect was gone prior to officer arrival; the incident is under investigation.

An agency assist report was taken early Sunday morning from the In-lieu site after assisting tribal police in arresting a suspect.

Jacob Tyler Waldron, 24, Moro, was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop in the 300 block of East 3rd Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A second-degree burglary report was taken Sunday evening from the 2500 block of West 8th Street after a victim reported someone entered their garage and took some items.

Wasco County

A burglary report was taken Friday morning from the 3700 block of West 13th Street after an employee advised the abandoned middle school had been broken into.

An agency assist report was taken Friday afternoon from The Dalles Marina after assisting city police in the arrest of a subject.

Donald Joseph Miller, 52, Damascus, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop in Wamic and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

A probation violation report was taken Sunday evening from the 1800 block of Cherry Heights after a mother advised her juvenile daughter left the home which was against her probation; the incident is under investigation.

Billie Leon Pendergrass, 57, no listed address, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2400 block of East 2nd Street on a parole board warrant.

Oregon State Police

Martin J. Spellman, 63, Portland, was arrested Saturday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, exit 69 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Toni Lee Brill, 22, Vancouver, was arrested early Monday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 82 and is accused of unlawful possession of heroin and possession of a controlled substance. He was also arrested on a Clackamas County warrant for second-degree theft.

Sherman County

William Russell Ball, 54, no listed address, was arrested Saturday afternoon in Biggs and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Regional Jail

Eric Michael Foley, 21, Richland, Wash., was jailed and released Friday on a circuit court commitment for unlawful possession and delivery of marijuana.
