A found property report was taken Wednesday morning from East 11th and Jefferson streets after a bicycle was located in the area; it was taken to impound.

Laura Faye Dunn, 37, 801 West 9th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 3300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 2700 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported their vehicle was broken into.

A dog bite report was taken Wednesday evening from the 1200 block of East 10th Street after a victim reported being bit by a dog in the area; the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the subjects involved who advised the dispute was verbal.

Police responded to the 800 block of Home Court Wednesday evening on a report of child abuse. Daycare provider advised a child came back from visiting his father with bruises. Child services were notified and advised they would investigate the incident. A report was taken.

An informational report was taken Wednesday evening from the 700 block of Richland Court after a report came in that a juvenile in the neighborhood assaulted the caller’s son. The victim was placed in a head lock and had his mouth covered for a short period of time by another juvenile in the area. Both parties were contacted and warned of their conduct.

Allen John Stearns Jr., 43, Henderson, Nev.,was arrested early Thursday morning at the boat basin and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

Charles Thomas Smith, 22, 901 West 11th St., was arrested early Thursday morning in the 3200 block of West 7th Street on two Washington state warrants for third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Oregon State Police

Dillon Leo Spink, 20, Cascade Locks, was arrested Wednesday morning on the Columbia River near Grand Pit on a Benton County warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Marsha Kay Piontek, 47, 1308 East 9th St., was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 71 on a Skamania County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.

Sherman County

Ismael Casteneda Diaz, 29, Wasco, was arrested Wednesday morning in Wasco on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Regional Jail

Omar Alejandro Rubio, 22, Mosier, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Michael Jay Mitchell, 54, Redmond, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation and a Umatilla County warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Nathan Miles Smith, 24, no listed address, was transported by Klickitat County and jailed Wednesday after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Parole and Probation

Heidi Fawn Fisher Perez, 32, 2700 West 7th St. No. 32, was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
