November 1, 1:03 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 500 block of Cherry Heights. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

November 3, 12:52 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 600 block of Hostetler Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

November 3, 11:54 p.m. – Two vehicle, injury accident, Interstate 84 Eastbound, Exit 87 and Highway 197. Whitney T. Good, 21, Oregon City and Michael Holzboag, 70, Goldendale were the involved drivers. Holzboag was cited and released to the staff at the hospital for driving under the influence of intoxicants by state police. A report was taken.

Oregon State Police

November 3, 3:50 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 78. Linda K. Alley, 56, no listed address was the involved driver. Alley was arrested and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended, and driving with an open container of alcohol.

Fire

November 1, 6:15 p.m. – Personnel responded to Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 86 on a report of a fire going into some trees. A small 10 by 6 burn area was located mostly of leaves and branches. The area was extinguished and the cause may have come from a homemade pipe made from an aluminum can that was found near the burn area.

November 4, 7:10 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 300 block of West 15th Street on a smoke investigation. Upon arrival nothing was showing on the outside of the home. Contact was made with the homeowners who advised there was some light gray smoke coming from a light fixture in the house. The power was shut off to the unit and the area was checked for damage. No hot spots were observed but there was some light scorching that had occurred over time. They were advised to contact an electrician.

November 4, 9:05 a.m. – Personnel responded to West 7th and Pentland streets on a report of a natural gas leak. Upon arrival the gas company was on scene and had pinched the line to fix the damage. A construction crew in the area was doing some work and damaged the line causing the leak.

Personnel also responded to seven calls for emergency medical services on Friday, 10 on Saturday, three on Sunday and five on Monday.

The Dalles City

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from the 1000 block of West 9th Street after a victim reported some money was taken from him over the past month.

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from the 3700 block of Klindt Drive after an employee advised several vehicles had fuel stolen from them.

Police responded to the high school Friday evening on a report of some juvenile subjects that were on the roof of the school throwing things down at passing people. The area was checked and no subjects were found.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 2nd Street early Saturday morning on a report of an assault. Contact was made with the male victim who was uncooperative and declined to talk to police about the incident.

Police responded to the 200 block of East 2nd Street early Saturday morning on a report of a male and female arguing. Jeremy Lynn Strickland, 31, Sandy, was arrested and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct. Nikki R. Strickland, 27, Wasco, was also arrested and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.

An informational report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 900 block of H Street after a victim reported a male subject whom the victim has a restraining order against continues to walk around their home several times through the day. The incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the hospital Saturday evening on a report of a combative patient. Patient had attempted suicide earlier in the day and became combative towards staff. The employee was able to calm him down and no problem was observed.

A second-degree burglary report was taken Sunday morning from the 1000 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported several items taken from the property.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief reports were taken Sunday morning from the 3700 block of Klindt Drive after an employee advised some vehicles and trailers on their lot were entered and had some items taken from within.

Kody Mitchell Eastman, 19, no listed address, was arrested Sunday afternoon from the hospital on a municipal court warrant for failure to appear.

Audrey May Frank, 20, no listed address, was arrested early Monday morning at the In-Lieu site and is accused of unlawful delivery of methamphetamines, unlawful delivery of cocaine, unlawful possession of methamphetamines and unlawful possession of cocaine.

A third-degree theft report was taken Monday morning from the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street after an off duty police officer witnessed a suspect steal some alcohol from a store and run off. The incident is under investigation.

A lost property report was taken Monday morning from the 300 block of Lone Pine Drive after a victim reported she lost a bag containing jewelry when she stayed at the location several months ago.

Brianna Heath, 19, Warm Springs, was arrested Monday morning at Highway 197 and Interstate 84 overpass and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

A third-degree theft report was taken Monday morning from the 2000 block of East 10th Street after a victim reported someone took some medication from her home.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Monday morning from the 800 block of West 10th Street.

Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft reports were taken Monday afternoon from the 1500 block of East 14th Street after a victim reported his unlocked vehicle was entered overnight.

A lost property report was taken Monday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported losing his wallet.

A found property report was taken Monday afternoon from the 700 block of Court Street after a bicycle was found.

Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Monday evening after an employee accused a customer of taking alcohol from the store. It was determined that the suspect had brought the alcohol into the store then used the restroom and went on to shop for food. He returned to the restroom to pick up the alcohol he brought in and staff thought he was stealing it. He was trespassed from the store.

Jose Alberto Guzman, 18, 918 West 9th Street was arrested early Tuesday morning in the 600 block of East 11th Street and is accused of unlawful possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school.

Wasco County

Jim Dean Looney, 25, no listed address, was arrested Friday afternoon in the 3200 block of Chenowith Road and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. He was also arrested on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Elmina Lee Ching, 43, 3830 West 6th St. was arrested Friday afternoon in the 6300 block of Chenowith Road on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Shawn Edward Allison, 50, Reno, Nev., was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound at exit 97 and is accused of failure to present and carry an operator’s license and providing false information to a police officer. He was also arrested on a Klamath Falls warrant for first-degree failure to appear. Brenda Lee Allison, 50, Klamath Falls, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

An informational report was taken Saturday morning from the 3100 block of Sandlin Road after a victim reported criminal mischief done to his property. Victim believes his neighbor did the damage as they have had an ongoing feud regarding trespassing on one another’s property. The incident is under investigation.

Deputy responded to the 6800 block of Skyline Road Saturday evening after a caller reported a subject crashed an ATV into a fence. Incident occurred on private property and the victim was taken to the hospital for evaluation; the incident was logged.

A theft report was taken Sunday afternoon from Mosier after a victim reported a bicycle was stolen.

A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported letting a female subject stay at his residence overnight and then noticed several items were missing.

Deputy responded to Mosier Monday evening on a report of a vehicle driving in the area shooting from the roadway. Contact was made with the suspect who was cited for hunting deer during a closed season, hunting with the aid of an artificial light, no operator’s license and driving uninsured. A passenger was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.

Oregon State Police

Terry Joseph Moore, 65, Mosier, was arrested Saturday morning at his home and is accused of harassment. Dale Charles Moore, 62, Mosier, was also arrested and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault.

William Warren Mason, 27, Spokane, was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97 near milepost 27 and is accused of unlawful possession of marijuana.

Trooper responded to Moro Sunday morning on a report of a death. Caretakers advised they arrived to care for a client and he was found deceased. An investigation was done and a report was taken.

Gilliam County

Anthony Joseph Guerrero, 21, Arlington, was arrested early Sunday morning in his home and is accused of fourth-degree assault, assault on a public safety officer, harassment, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Regional Jail

Angela Rae Amonson, 51, 1305 East 15th St., was booked and released Sunday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Daniel Charles Cozad, 45, Maupin, was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended.

Sanfou Saechin, 39, Portland, was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for a wildlife offense.

David Robert Baker, 29, Troutdale, was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for a wildlife offense.

Nicholas Ray Gonzales, 28, Rhododendron, was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for two counts of a wildlife offense.

Parole and Probation

Martin Troy Casey, 48, no listed address, was arrested Friday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
