The Dalles City

November 5, 9:16 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, 1100 block of West 9th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Oregon State Police

November 5, 8:49 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 88. Bryan Milberger, 22, Goldendale, was the involved driver. Millberger struck a deer while driving on the highway. A report was taken.


Personnel responded to five calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

A missing persons report was taken Tuesday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street. The subject returned later in the morning and was removed from the system.

John Scott Frizzell, 50, no listed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass. Jason Jay James, 34, no listed address, was also arrested on a circuit court warrant for parole violation. Kerry Alan Phorman, 44, 4405 Highway 30 No. 406, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance reports were taken Tuesday evening from the 300 block of West 6th Street.

Samantha Jean Roettger, 24, Tygh Valley, was arrested early Wednesday morning at East 1st and Federal streets and is accused of probation violation.

Police responded to the 1600 block of Nevada Street early Wednesday morning on a report of a vehicle prowler. Caller saw a subject going through her unlocked vehicle but something spooked the suspect and he ran off. Officers checked the area but no suspect was found. The incident was logged.

Wasco County

A criminal mischief report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 1000 block of Murray Drive after a victim reported someone damaged their garage door attempting to gain entry.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Tuesday afternoon from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported three juvenile males entered their apartment and stole some items. Boys returned to admit their fault in the incident, the victim declined to pursue charges but the subjects were trespassed from the property.

Regional Jail

Javier Torres, 20, 4109 Chenowith Rd. No. D36, was booked and released Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for probation violation, third-degree assault, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Gerardo Torres, 23, 4109 Chenowith Rd. No. D36 was booked and released Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for two counts of probation violation, third-degree attempted assault, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Cody Wayne Mauser, 29, 950 Pomona St. No. 226 was jailed Tuesday after turning himself in on a Tri-County warrant for probation violation.
