November 11, 3:27 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 500 block of Mt. Hood Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

Wasco County

November 8, 4:05 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, Forest Service 4860/80 Road. Deputy assisted with traffic control and debris clean up.

November 9, 9:32 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury accident, Mosier. Wasco County received a call from Hood River police in regards to several subjects at the hospital in Hood River who stated they were involved in an accident and were highly intoxicated. Hood River police cited the driver for driving under the influence of intoxicants and Wasco County conducted the crash investigation.

November 10, 9:18 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury crash, Three Mile Road. Driver information was not made available. Driver was cited for failure to maintain lane, a report was taken.

Oregon State Police

November 10, 3:22 a.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, Highway 97 near milepost 29. Michael Lloyd Bailey, 34, Norwalk, Calif. was the involved driver. Bailey fell asleep at the wheel causing his vehicle to go off the road. He was transported to the hospital. A report was taken.

Fire

Personnel responded to eight calls for emergency medical services on Friday, four on Saturday, seven on Sunday and six on Monday.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

An informational report was taken Friday morning from the 3900 block of West 6th Street after a female victim advised a male suspect was stalking her. The incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the 2600 block of West 10th Street Friday afternoon after a father called to report his juvenile daughter was smoking marijuana and had an agreement with the juvenile department not to do so. The drugs were confiscated and a report was taken.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Friday evening form the 600 block of Wasco Drive after a victim reported her home was broken into.

Deda Cathleen Carter, 39, no listed address, was arrested Friday evening in the 1600 block of H Street on a circuit court warrant for failure to appear.

A runaway report was taken Friday evening from the 200 block of West 11th Street. The mother called an hour later to advise her son returned.

Matthew Joseph Cobos, 36, no listed address, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 800 block of Court Street on a state parole board warrant for parole violation.

A second-degree theft report was taken Saturday morning from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported some rings were taken from her apartment.

A missing person report was taken Saturday morning from the 900 block of East 12th Street. Subject was located by law enforcement in California and the subject is fine.

Police responded to the 500 block of East 3rd Street Saturday evening on a report of a theft. Employee advised a female subject left the store without paying for merchandise. The suspect was tracked down to her home and cited for third-degree theft; the items were returned.

Robert C. Wusthoff, 38, no listed address, was arrested Saturday evening in the 200 block of East 3rd Street and is accused of probation violation.

Branden T. Zeller, 42, no listed address, was arrested Sunday afternoon at East 9th and Clark streets and is accused of offensive littering, interference with a police officer, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

A burglary report was taken early Monday morning from the 600 block of Wasco Drive after a victim reported their home was broken into and had some items missing.

A theft report was taken Monday morning from the 1800 block of East 19th Street after an employee advised some computers were stolen from the office.

Police responded to the 1400 block of West 6th Street Monday afternoon after an employee advised a subject came into the store and brought in some fake prescriptions. Police were also called to the 1200 block of West 6th Street for the same incident. Reports were taken.

Ashlee R. Klavitter, 26, no listed address, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 1200 block of West 6th Street on a circuit court warrant for two counts of second-degree failure to appear, and one count of first-degree failure to appear. She is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

A found property report was taken Monday afternoon from the 1000 block of Floral Street, the bike was impounded.

A hit and run report was taken Monday evening from East 8th and Kelly streets.

Wasco County

A theft report was taken Friday morning from the 4400 block of Highway 30 after a victim reported a firearm was taken out of his pickup.

A theft report was taken Friday afternoon from the 4000 block of Highway 30 after a victim reported her vehicle was broken into and had some items missing.

A theft report was taken Friday evening from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported two male subjects that were staying with her may have stolen some items from her home; the incident is under investigation.

A theft report was taken Friday evening from West 10th and Irvine streets after a victim reported he gave a ride to a subject and believes that subject took money from the car. The incident is under investigation.

Jesse Ray Still, 19, 1061 Irvine St. Unit C, was arrested Friday evening in his home on a circuit court warrant for two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He is also accused of third-degree theft.

A theft report was taken Sunday afternoon from Mosier after a victim reported their bicycle was stolen.

Oregon State Police

A male subject was cited and released for two counts of hunting in a prohibited area Saturday morning after a subject was hunting in the watershed district and shooting from the road.

Robert Scott Dixon, 52, Sherwood, was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 197 and Highway 30 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Chance Widner, 24, Mosier, was arrested early Sunday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 76 and is accused of driving while suspended.

John Lynn Hanna, 45, Portland, was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 85 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Parole and Probation

Christopher S. Mulvaney, 25, 931 Verdant St. was arrested Friday and is accused of probation violation.
