Fire

November 13, 5:41 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 600 block of West 18th Street on a report of smoke inside a residence. Nothing was showing upon arrival. Resident reported observing smoke coming from his furnace. The unit was investigation and was warmer than normal. The power was shut down to the unit and it immediately began to cool. It was powered back on and there was no further issue.

November 13, 7:26 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 1500 block of Jefferson Street on a report of smoke coming from a home. Resident reported a coming home to a white haze in the residence. The home was thoroughly investigated and no issues were located.

Personnel also responded to three calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the high school Wednesday morning after a caller reported a male subject urinated in front of the high school. Terry Lee Wasson, 48, was and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.

A found property report was taken Wednesday morning from the 3000 block of West 7th Street after a caller found a bicycle; the bike was impounded.

George Garland Rathwick, 51, 759 Pleasant Ct., was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Christopher Sea Casteel, 26, 1017 Pomona St. Unit D, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the 2800 block of West 7th Street on a Sherman County warrant for violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Police responded to the 3100 block of West 10th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a suicidal subject. Contact was made with the subject who voluntarily agreed to go to the hospital for an evaluation.

Wasco County

A second-degree theft report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported someone stole some items from his home; the incident is under investigation.

Shaune Earl Meilike, 29, Coquille, was arrested Wednesday evening in Tygh Valley on a Florence municipal court warrant for failure to appear.

Felipe Carrera Cisneros, 19, 755 Floral Ct. was arrested Wednesday evening in the 2800 block of West 7th Street and is accused of providing false information to a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Sherman County

Jeremy Ryan Stewart, 25, Ephrata, Wash., was arrested Wednesday evening during a traffic stop on Highway 97 near milepost one on a Klamath County warrant for failure to appear.

Gilliam County

Daniel Keith Jordan, 56, Arlington, was arrested Wednesday evening in his home and is accused of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, and interference with making a report.

Regional Jail

Josephine Renee Mason, 25, Rufus, was jailed Wednesday on a Sherman County court commitment for fourth-degree assault and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

William James Thew, 27, no listed address, was transported by Klickitat County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear.

Kevin Robert Moore, 36, Redding, Calif., was transported and jailed after being arrested in California on a Sherman County warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

Dominic Micall Cook, 20, Terrabone, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for unlawful possession of heroin.

Jonathan James Lindsley, 26, 1220 East 10th St. was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a parole board warrant for parole violation.

Tyler J. Rohde, 22, Madras, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for three counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Melina Carol Berger, 44, Portland, was transported by Multnomah County and jailed after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for unlawful possession of heroin.
