Accidents

The Dalles City

November 16, 5:11 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 3rd and Trevitt streets. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.

November 17, 12:28 p.m. – Single vehicle versus parked car, non-injury crash, 300 block of East 2nd Street. Driver hit a parked car and the owner of the parked vehicle could not be contacted. Officer advised driver to leave a note on the parked vehicle with contact information.

November 18, 5:01 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 6th and Hostetler streets. Driver information was not available. One driver was cited for careless driving. A report was taken.

Fire

November 16, 8:04 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 100 block of West 3rd Street on a report of a dumpster fire. Nothing was visible upon arrival. Contact was made with an employee who advised she came out to check on something and noticed the dumpster was on fire. She used a hose from the business to extinguish the fire. There was no damage to the building where the dumpster was.

Personnel also responded to five calls for emergency medical services on Friday, three on Saturday, four on Sunday and six on Monday.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

An identity theft report was taken Friday morning after a Texas resident advised he had some transactions on his bank account from The Dalles. The incident is under investigation.

A trespass report was taken Friday morning from the 1300 block of West 6th Street after an employee advised a previously trespassed subject was back on the property. The incident is under investigation.

A second-degree theft report was taken Friday afternoon from the 1200 block of East 10th Street after a victim reported being scammed online of some merchandise he paid for but never received.

A harassment report was taken Friday afternoon from West 7th and Hostetler streets; the incident is under investigation.

Police responded to the high school Friday afternoon on a report of a student detained for possessing tobacco. The subject was cited for minor in possession of tobacco and released to his guardian.

A child abuse report was taken Friday afternoon from the 1200 block of Quinton Street, the incident is under investigation.

An informational report was taken Friday evening from the 2100 block of West 8th Street after police responded to a residence regarding a subject with a knife. Contact was made with the parties involved and both had conflicting stories. Parties were advised to separate from one another.

Terrance Garrett McDonald, 54, Celilo Village, was arrested Friday evening in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.

Police responded to the 400 block of East 11th Street Friday evening on a report of gun shots. The area was checked but nothing suspicious was located, contact was made with a witness who advised it may have been fireworks.

Whitney Treanne Good, 21, 659 Wasco Dr. was arrested early Saturday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Mark Alan Felker, 61, 412 West 7th St. was arrested Saturday morning in the 1300 block of West 6th Street and is accused of two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

A second-degree burglary report was taken Saturday morning from East 12th and Quinton streets after a coach advised someone broke into the stadium locker room.

Aaron Mark Helseth, 38, 4451 Browns Creek Rd. was arrested Saturday evening in the 2900 block of West 6th Street on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

Jeremy Edward Adams, 24, 3625 West 8th St. was arrested early Sunday morning near the hospital on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. He is also accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Thomas Edward Phelps, 46, 820 East Scenic Dr. was arrested early Sunday morning in the 1500 block of H Street on a municipal court warrant for failure to pay fines and a Linn County warrant for probation violation.

Police responded to the 2400 block of East 14th Place Sunday morning on a report of harassment after a juvenile victim reported his stepfather hit him during an altercation; the incident is under investigation.

A first-degree burglary report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 600 block of East 10th Street.

Cody Newton Farabee, 2400 East 14th St. No. 1 was arrested Sunday afternoon at the police department and is accused of harassment.

Jamie Ann Pyatt, 31, no listed address, was arrested Monday morning at East 12th and Kelly streets on a circuit court warrant for unlawful delivery of methamphetamines, first-degree child neglect, first-degree criminal mistreatment, and endangering the welfare of a minor. She was also arrested on a Multnomah County warrant for second-degree theft.

Police responded to the 800 block of East 10th Street Monday morning on a report of a suicidal subject. Contact was not made with the subject but an informational report was taken as the subject was seen driving with a suspended license.

A death investigation report was taken Monday morning from the 3500 block of East 2nd Street.

Nicholas Jay Prante, 24, 210 West 14th St. was arrested Monday morning in the 900 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on a public safety officer.

A second-degree theft report was taken Monday morning from the 3000 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported some vehicle parts were stolen from his property overnight.

A stalking order report was taken at the police station Monday afternoon after a victim reported being stalked by a subject earlier in the month.

A theft report was taken Monday evening from the 500 block of Lone Pine Drive after a staff member advised some drugs were taken.

Police responded to the 1600 block of East 14th Street Monday evening on a report of a possible child abuse. Juvenile female advised her dad spanked her several times leaving marks. A report was taken and the incident was under investigation.

Wasco County

Jimmy Lee Cain, 21, 3817 West 10th St. No. 43, was arrested Friday morning at West 6th and Hostetler streets on a circuit court warrant for three counts of parole violation; he is also accused of second-degree theft.

An informational report was taken Friday evening from the 1100 block of Murray Drive after a mother called to report she found some drugs in her daughter’s room.

Deputy responded to State Road in Mosier Saturday afternoon after a caller reported observing a suspicious vehicle stopping at all the mailboxes in the area and opening them. Vehicle was located and determined to be a postal carrier.

Brian McDonald Stermon, 38, 1012 Whitman Ct. was arrested early Sunday morning in his home and is accused of fourth-degree domestic assault and third-degree sexual abuse.

Deputy responded to Mosier Sunday morning on a report of an out of control client at a group home. Contact was made with staff who advised the situation was under control.

Deputy responded to Highway 197 near milepost 15 Sunday afternoon after a vehicle hit a deer. Driver was not injured and minimal damage to vehicle. The wildlife had to be put down and was removed from the road.

A theft report was taken Monday morning from the 4500 block of Highway 30 after an employee advised some irrigation equipment was stolen from a trailer.

A fourth-degree assault report was taken Monday morning from the juvenile detention facility after a juvenile subject assaulted another juvenile inmate.

An offensive littering report was taken Monday evening from the Rowena Loops area after deputy noticed a dump site.

Oregon State Police

Donald Malcom Ross, 52, Goldendale, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 92 on an out of state warrant.

Antwain Markell Patterson, 20, Portland, was arrested Friday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 69 and is accused of providing false information to a police officer.

Tina Marie Ford, 47, 413 ½ West 7th St., was arrested Saturday afternoon during a traffic stop on Forest Service Road 1720 and is accused of driving while suspended and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Michael Lee Powell, 30, 413 ½ West 7th Street was also arrested on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

An agency assist report was taken Monday morning from the 900 block of West 6th Street after assisting city police with a suspect who was resisting arrest.

Sherman County

Michael William Ginn, 33, Olive Hurst, Calif., was arrested Sunday morning in Grass Valley and is accused of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful delivery of marijuana.

Nolan Verne Mobley, 23, Kent, was arrested Monday afternoon in his home and is accused of first-degree criminal mischief and menacing.

Regional Jail

Raquel Mirza Hughes, 19, Goldendale, was booked and released Friday on a Sherman County court commitment for second-degree theft.

Tammy Renia Chapman, 36, Fresno, Calif., was jailed Friday on a Sherman County court commitment for unlawful possession of methamphetamines and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Travis Warren Freeland, 29, Victor, Idaho, was jailed Friday on a Sherman County court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Ren Mykel Brown, 26, Portland, was transported by Warm Springs police and jailed Saturday and is accused of fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Gary William Harth, 64, 3975 Browns Creek Rd., was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for first-degree theft and two counts of tax evasion.

Jose Gerardo Santillan Santillan, 37, 943 Floral St., was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for a wildlife offense.

Richard Aaron Harn, 53, Kalispell, Mont., was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle.

Chanh Fou Saelee, 60, Portland, was booked and released Monday on a circuit court commitment for a wildlife offense.

Parole and Probation

Sky Lindsay Pullen, 26, 2444 West 16th St., was arrested Monday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
