Oregon State Police

November 20, 5:06 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, Highway 197. Benjamin L. Fullerton, 33, Wishram and Jose Guadalupe Perez Hernandez, 27, Mt. Hood were the involved drivers. Fullerton was cited for dangerous left turn. A report was taken.


Personnel responded to nine calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Police responded to the 2500 block of West 2nd Street Wednesday morning after a victim reported he was stabbed by a male subject with a turkey knife. The incident is under investigation.

An unlawful entry into a motor vehicle report was taken Wednesday morning from the 3500 block of Crates Way after an employee advised a truck was broken into overnight and had some merchandise taken.

Hector Armando Diaz Martinez, 33, 3800 West 6th St. No. 15 was arrested Wednesday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 800 block of Chenowith Loop Road and is accused of failure to present and carry an operator’s license and driving while suspended.

A second-degree criminal mischief report was taken Wednesday afternoon from the 1300 block of West 1st Street after an employee advised a drop box was damaged overnight.

Chance Raymond Graham, 25, 4109 Chenowith Rd. Unit E-3 was arrested Wednesday evening in the 3200 block of West 2nd Street on a circuit court warrant for identity theft and a municipal court warrant for failure to appear. He is also accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Police responded to the 2500 block of East 10th Street Wednesday evening on a report of a juvenile problem. Mother advised her daughter was caught smoking in her room. The juvenile was cited for minor in possession of tobacco.

A restraining order violation report was taken Wednesday evening from the 1000 block of East 8th Street; the incident is under investigation.

Wasco County

Richard Allen Reyes, 48, Antelope, was arrested Wednesday evening in his home on a Gilliam County warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He is also accused of violation of a release agreement.

Regional Jail

Jacqueline Elizabeth Rojas, 38, Wapato, was transported by Yakima County and jailed after being arrested on a Sherman County warrant for probation violation.

Parole and Probation

Briar Lee Brossart, 19, 206 West 11th St. was arrested Wednesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of probation violation.
