Oregon State Police

November 26, 3:35 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 115. Oscar Miguel Gamez, 25, Goshen was the involved driver. Gamez was traveling west when he drifted off the shoulder then across both lanes, hitting the median. Investigation discovered that the driver may have had a seizure causing the incident. No injuries occurred from the crash. A report was taken.


Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

Personnel responded to two calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Bryson Otis Yallup, 26, Wapato, Wash., was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 600 block of East 3rd Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and carrying a concealed firearm.

An informational report was taken Tuesday evening from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a caller reported a vehicle struck a dog and took off. Contact was made with the driver who, along with the dog’s owner took the pet to the vet.

Jessica Amberdawn Perales, 30, 1823 East 12th St. was arrested Tuesday evening in the 2400 block of West 8th Street on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.

City police initiated a traffic stop early Wednesday morning in the 2400 block of East 12th Street when the driver fled from the vehicle. Suspect was not found, a report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Wasco County

An informational report was taken Tuesday evening from the 3800 block of West 10th Street after hospital staff called to report a juvenile male was brought in with injuries from possibly child abuse. The incident is under investigation.

Parole and Probation

Richard Hunt Nosenzo, 22, 1303 Emerson St., was arrested Tuesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of violation of post-prison supervision sanctions.

Zachary Adam Mendoza, 23, 915 Pomona St. was arrested Tuesday morning in the community corrections office and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
