The Dalles City

Elizabeth Virginia Labonte, 22, 409 East 8th St., was arrested Thursday in the 700 block of 3rd Street on a circuit court warrant for first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Jeremy Edward Adams, 24, 3625 West 8th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 700 block of Hostetler and is accused of felon in possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Tipasa Lesuni Uiliata, 24, 3625 West 8th Street, was arrested Thursday afternoon in his home on a circuit court warrant for probation violation. He is also accused of two counts of felon in possession of a weapon, first-degree theft, unauthorized use of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of heroin, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.

Corina Lynn Shockley, 50, 310 East 12th St., was arrested Thursday evening in the 1300 block of Washington Street and is accused of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Wasco County

An informational report was taken Thursday evening from the 3200 block of Sandlin Road in response to a residence on a child abuse call. The abuse accusation was unfounded but it was determined two siblings were physically fighting one another and having behavioral outbursts with parents.

Matt Erin Orlob, 18, Wamic, was arrested Thursday evening in his home and is accused of first-degree theft and two counts of second-degree burglary.

Deputy made contact with a vehicle on Skyline Road Thursday evening that had an adult female and a juvenile female inside. They admitted to smoking and possessing marijuana. Both were cited and released for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. The drugs were confiscated.

Taylor Richard Arthur, 38, Warm Springs, was arrested early Friday morning during a pursuit that started on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 95 and ended on River Road in The Dalles in a crash. He is accused of two counts of first-degree attempted assault, attempting to elude a police officer in a vehicle, reckless driving, two counts of recklessly endangering, attempting to elude a police officer on foot, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and three counts of second-degree kidnapping.

Oregon State Police

An agency assist report was taken early Friday morning on River Road after trooper assisted with a crash investigation after a subject eluding a deputy crashed into their patrol car.

Parole and Probation

Benjamin James Slusher, 28, 206 West 10th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the community corrections office and is accused of three counts of probation violation.
