Accidents

The Dalles City

Sept. 6, 12:04 p.m. – Three vehicle, non-injury accident, East 10th and Court streets. Timothy Digennaro, 41, no listed address; Jesus Cornejo Jiminez, 18, no listed address and Katelyn Goodenough, 18, no listed address were the involved drivers. Goodenough was cited for failure to yield to a traffic control device; a report was taken.

Sept. 6, 3:34 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury accident, 100 block of West 2nd Street. Richard Owen Brace, 18, no listed address, Lewis D. Grant, 44, no listed address were the involved drivers. Brace was cited for failure to yield to a traffic control device; a report was taken.

Sept. 8, 1:57 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, 4th Street Grade. Casey James Thornton, 28, 1018 East 9th St., was arrested and accused of careless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants after crashing his vehicle into the wall on the grade.

Wasco County

Sept. 6, 9:47 p.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, 4100 block of Chenowith Road. Driver had missed a driveway and hit a rock. No report or citations were issued; driver information was not available.

Sept. 7, 2:44 a.m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, 1700 block of Cherry Heights. Austin T. Malcolm, 17, no listed address was the involved driver. Malcolm was driving home and fell asleep and ran into some mailboxes. He was cited for curfew and released to his mother. A report was taken.

Sept. 8, 1:20 a .m. – Single vehicle, non-injury accident, 2500 block of Threemile Road. Miguel Jose Breaux, 22, 1513 East 12th St., was arrested and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit and run, and unlawful possession of methamphetamines.

Sept. 8, 12:27 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury accident, 5400 block of McDonald Way. Driver information was not available. Driver veered off the road into an embankment which caused the vehicle to roll. One of the passengers was treated for injuries. A report was taken.

Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

Sept. 7, 7:18 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2200 block of West 10th Street on a report of a smoke in the area. A residence was located that was having an open burn. Contact was made with the homeowner who was counseled on the burning regulations and was told to put the fire out.

Sept. 7, 8:01 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 300 block of West 6th Street on a report of a dumpster fire. Upon arrival a smoking dumpster was found with a garden house nearby. Bystanders had seen the fire and used the hose to extinguish the fire prior to crew arrival. The fire was mopped up; the cause is unknown.

Sept. 8, 4:08 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2100 block of West 7th Street on a report of smoke in the area. Crews drove through the area and did not observe anything. A residence was located in the 2100 block of West 8th Street with a smoking barbeque but not problem was found.

Personnel also responded to four calls for emergency medical services on Friday, six on Saturday, five on Sunday and ten on Monday.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Travis Monroe Dodson, 31, 2010 West 8th St., was arrested Friday afternoon in the 1700 block of West 6th Street on a circuit court warrant for two counts of probation violation.

A criminal mischief report was taken Friday afternoon from the 400 block of East 7th Street after a caller reported they have a video of a subject kicking a vehicle in the area.

Police responded to the 1400 block of West 2nd Street Friday evening on a report of a large fight. Contact was made with a victim who reported another subject approached him and punched him. An assault report was taken and the incident is under investigation.

Armando H. Cruz, 40, no listed address, was arrested early Saturday morning at East 4th and Court streets on a circuit court warrant for third-degree assault and an out of state warrant. He is also accused of being a fugitive of INS.

Tyler S. Nygaard, 27, 2109 View Ct., was arrested Saturday morning in the 2400 block of West 7th Street and is accused of probation violation.

Police responded to West 14th and Trevitt streets Saturday morning on a report of gun shots in the area. Investigation discovered there was a civil war reenactment taking place in the area, no problem found.

A third-degree theft report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 1300 block of West 6th Street after an employee advised a shoplifter fled the store with merchandise.

A theft report was taken Saturday evening from the 3200 block of Brett Clodfelter Way after a victim reported someone stole his wallet. He called back later in the evening and advised his wallet was found but was missing money from inside it.

Police responded to the 2600 block of River Road Saturday evening after a victim reported she was assaulted in the area at an event. The victim was intoxicated and was not clear on what exactly happened. The incident was logged.

A harassment report was taken Saturday evening from the 2200 block of East 13th Street after a victim reported being punched by another female. The incident is under investigation.

Bradley John Little, 19, 5003 Allen Pl., was arrested early Sunday morning in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Jacob David Wilson, 22, 717 East 18th St., was arrested early Sunday morning in the 1000 block of Pomona Street on a circuit court warrant for two counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Victor Stephen Campos, 33, 511 Union St. No. 5, was arrested Sunday morning in the 300 block of West 6th Street on a circuit court warrant for probation violation.

Eustolia Casas Fraire Wingo, 54, 1108 Starlight St., was arrested Sunday afternoon in the 1200 block of West 6th Street and is accused of third-degree theft.

Terry Robert William Morrison, 46, 2007 View Ct., was arrested Sunday afternoon in the 400 block of Court Street and is accused of parole violation.

Michael David Shinnick, 42, no listed address, was arrested Monday morning in the 100 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass.

A second-degree criminal mischief report was taken Monday morning from the 2700 block of West 2nd Street after someone reported a rock being thrown at a building and breaking a window.

Gwenith Anfeline Rilee Ropp, 18, 703 Federal St. No. 1, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2600 block of West 6th Street and is accused of second-degree theft.

Jerramy Bo Erickson, 27, Wasco, was arrested Monday evening at the hospital and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree escape, and resisting.

Jaimie Lynn Smith, 34, no listed address, was arrested Monday evening at East 3rd and Union streets and is accused of telephonic harassment.

Wasco County

Sammi Jolene Wilde, 39, 6025 Highway 30, was arrested Friday evening in her home and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of violation of post prison supervision sanctions.

A theft report was taken Saturday morning from Mosier after a victim reported a bike was taken from their property.

A theft report was taken Saturday afternoon in Maupin after an employee advised a customer stole a rental bike. Suspect was found and cited for second-degree theft. The bike was returned.

A criminal trespass report was taken Saturday evening from Wamic after a property owner advised two subjects were staying on their property without permission. Suspects were contacted and advised to move along.

Deputy contacted a subject early Monday morning in Mayer State Park and cited them for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Brenda Joy Carroll, 51, Mosier, was arrested Monday morning in circuit court and is accused of contempt of court and violation of a restraining order.

A search and rescue report was taken Monday evening from the Deschutes River near Beaver tail after a stranded boat was spotted with subjects inside. Several agencies assisted in safely getting the boat to shore.

Oregon State Police

A male subject was cited and released for misrepresentation of age by a minor Friday afternoon in the 3300 block of Bret Clodfelter Way after their wallet was found and brought to the state police office for pickup. Subject had two forms of identification one of which was fake.

Thomas Bennie Heinige, 39, 3450 Acorn Rd., was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on West 6th and Pomona streets and is accused of probation violation, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of methamphetamines, and unlawful delivery of methamphetamines.

Martin Ray Dodson, 54, 2010 West 8th St., was arrested Saturday evening at West 6th and Walnut streets and is accused of violation of a restraining order.

Sherman County

Sean Henry Orsborn, 36, Bend, was arrested Monday afternoon in Grass Valley on a Deschutes County warrant for probation violation.

Gilliam County

Nikkole Elaine Bump, 30, Boring, was arrested Monday afternoon during a traffic stop on Highway 19 near milepost 42 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines. Jesse Paul Kuhn, 33, Portland, was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamines and carrying a concealed firearm.

Regional Jail

Jeana Marie Green, 41, 3303 Old Dufur Rd., was jailed Friday on a municipal court commitment for harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.

John Charles Dootlittle, 62, Washougal, Wash., was jailed Monday on a circuit court commitment for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
