Fire

Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue

Sept. 12, 3:01 a.m. – Personnel responded to the 1700 block of East 10th Street on a report of carbon monoxide alarm activation. Contact was made with the occupants who were outside and they advised their alarm went off several times through the night. Entry was made into the home and low levels were detected. The house was ventilated and the reading was at zero. A new alarm was given to the family.

Personnel responded to three calls for emergency medical services.

Police Reports

The Dalles City

Tina Marie Linville, 34, 1414 Liberty St., was arrested Thursday morning in the 2500 block of West 6th Street on a circuit court warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. A found property report was also taken after her arrest as some drugs were left in the hotel room where she was staying.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Thursday morning from the 200 block of West 7th Street.

Paul Douglas O’Neal, 58, no listed address, was arrested Thursday morning during a traffic stop in the 400 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of driving while suspended.

A theft report was taken Thursday afternoon from the 700 block of Federal Street after a parent reported someone stole some money from her son’s piggy bank.

Edgar Contreras Garcia, 26, 604 East 11th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 900 block of East 8th Street on a Washington corrections warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.

An agency assist report was taken Thursday afternoon from the high school after helping Department of Human Services with an investigation.

Carlos Madrigal Garcia, 26, 816 East 8th St., was arrested in his home Thursday afternoon and is accused of probation violation.

An assault report was taken Thursday afternoon from West 7th and Hostetler streets after a juvenile advised he was assaulted by two other teens in the area. The incident is under investigation.

Martin Ray Dodson, 54, 2010 West 8th St., was arrested Thursday evening in the 900 block of Bridge Street and is accused of harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, strangulation, violation of a restraining order, first-degree criminal trespass.

An agency assist report was taken Thursday evening from the 3500 block of Crest Court after officers interviewed a suspect in regards to a restraining order violation for Beaverton police.

Oregon State Police

A male subject was cited and released for an angling violation Thursday morning on the Columbia River near the mouth of the Deschutes River.

Koehl Scott Halliday, 26, Oregon City, was arrested Thursday evening at Heritage Landing and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Parole and Probation

Jaime Lynn Mulvaney, 25, 806 Union St., was arrested Thursday morning in the 2500 block of West 6th Street and is accused of two counts of probation violation and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Samantha Jean Roettger, 24, Waldport, was arrested Thursday morning in the 3800 block of West 10th Street and is accused of probation violation.

Lawrence Goudy Jr., 45, 519 East 12th St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 200 block of Washington Street and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
