Police Reports

The Dalles City

A found property report was taken Tuesday morning from the 800 block of East 12th Street after a caller reported a dumped bicycle was found on their property, the bike was impounded.

Tina Marie Linville, 34, 3319 West 10th St. No. 11, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the police station and is accused of seven counts of second-degree forgery, five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, first-degree forgery, aggravated identity theft, and first-degree theft.

Police responded to the In-Lieu site Tuesday evening after a victim reported someone fired a gun at him but missed. An extensive search was done through the area but no suspect was found. Several bystanders in the area were also contacted and they did not hear a fight or a gun shot. The incident was logged.

Wasco County

A theft report was taken Tuesday evening from the 3800 block of West 10th Street after a victim reported someone stole her wallet.

Deputy responded to the 1900 block of East 19th Street Tuesday evening on a report of a domestic dispute. Mother reported her juvenile son elbowed his juvenile sister causing her to cry. Brother apologized to his sister; an informational report was taken.

Randy Sherman Cumiford, 39, 4726 Sevenmile Hill Rd., was arrested Tuesday evening at Chenowith and Pine streets and is accused of parole violation.

A hit and run report was taken Tuesday evening from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road.

Sherman County

Star Noblia Parker, 20, Springfield, was arrested in Biggs Junction Tuesday evening on a Sherman County warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Washington.

Regional Jail

Brittany Michelle Goodnight, 24, 3230 West 7th St., was jailed Tuesday on a circuit court commitment for contempt of court.

Justin Patrick Lane, 25, 5740 Highway 30 No. 6, was booked and released on a circuit court commitment for first-degree failure to appear.

Jason Jay James, 34, no listed address, was transported by Marion County and jailed Tuesday after being arrested on a circuit court warrant for parole violation.
